WRC removed old roof and replaced with new. My sales agent Corbin Vail from start to finish was my Ace. He worked with me on picking the right shingles for my house, my budget, scheduling, and clean up. Corbin's 8 man team started work every morning at 7am and worked till dark all 3 days. The service we received from Whitaker Roofing Company - Douglasville, Georgia, was A++ all the way round in the replacement of our hail damaged roof. I had had others come by after the damage, but only the representative from Whitaker kept checking in to see what could be done to help.
Judah Bryan (the representative) has been first class from beginning to end. He has gone above and beyond the call of duty to help us out. I’m sure he made more trips to our home than necessary because of my inability to decide on a few things. But, he came.
On the day of roofing the house Victor and his crew worked like Trojans from before dawn till dark. They did a great job with the roof and cleanup. Victor even came back for a 30 minute finish up. We are extremely happy with everyone we have dealt with from Whitaker Roofing.

Complaint: Whitaker Roofing – Extremely Unprofessional and Negligent Service
If I could rate lower than 1 star, I absolutely would.
This was my second project with Whitaker Roofing, and it has been one of the most disappointing and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had with a contractor.
To begin with, Whitaker Roofing sent a crew to my home whose behavior was completely unacceptable — several members were observed urinating in my backyard in full view of my wife and children. That alone should have been reason enough to terminate the contract.
But the situation only got worse. During the roof demo process, the crew encountered several pop-up storms that were not in the day’s weather forecast. Instead of properly securing the roof or protecting the property, the team evacuated the job site, leaving my home fully exposed to the storms. The result was extensive water damage to my home’s interior.
Rather than taking responsibility or showing genuine concern for mediation, Whitaker Roofing seemed more focused on covering up their negligence. They sent over a painter who claimed the water damage could easily be “fixed with primer and paint.” As a cautious homeowner, I contacted a certified water mitigation company and 2 seperate contractors who found severe hidden damage and mold growth caused by Whitaker’s carelessness.
The resulting damage has been professionally assessed at over $30,000, and Whitaker Roofing has shown no real effort to resolve or take accountability for the situation.
Homeowners beware this company’s lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for customers’ property is alarming. I would strongly caution anyone considering using their services.

Before any work began, the home already had documented pre-existing damage confirmed by the homeowner’s insurance company, including leaks in the front hall, fireplace, and living room. These conditions existed well before our work started.
During the project, an unexpected pop-up storm passed through while the crew was working on the back half of the roof. The area was covered and protected immediately from the rain, and the next day our interior specialist inspected the property. He found the space dry and advised it could be primed and painted. We even offered to place fans and dehumidifiers as a precaution, but the homeowner declined.
The homeowner also mentioned their upstairs HVAC system isn’t used, which can contribute to mold over time. Later photos show both old and new damage overlapping—consistent with prior insurance documentation.
Regarding the alleged crew behavior, we reviewed the photos and addressed it internally. The image is inconclusive, and such conduct would not be tolerated if confirmed.
This review was posted nearly two months after completion, shortly after we began legal action for an unpaid balance. We stand by our documentation, professionalism, and long record of quality work across thousands of successful projects.

Dakota was great to work with. We got a lot of companies contacted us to work on our roof. At least 2-3 every week, for the last six months. However Dakota was the only one who took the lead with the insurance company. Other companies wanted us to tell the insurance company what they needed to do. We went through that a few years ago and got denied. Dakota communicated with the insurance company directly, followed up with them and made sure everything was on track. He was very responsive, informative and a pleasure to work with. The team that replaced our roof did a great job on the roof and made sure all the debris was removed. Most importantly, the roof looks great.
