We had a mechanism issue with our UPVC door. We spoke with RR Double Glazing on the Sunday about this, and they came 24 hours later, replaced the mechanism. It's been 4 days now, and the door is as good as new. Great communication, quick turnaround, beat all his competitors on price, and completed the job in great time.
