The cafe at the front was nice and was a great place for photos. We heard rave reviews about the hot chocolate before coming but I found that it was rather bland. The museum itself was ok, it was mostly education about chocolate and how it’s made. Not a lot of interactive elements. There was a lot of reading and the signs all have an English translation. I think this would be a good field trip destination for children though. Overall, it was a chill way to spend the morning but not worth the ticket price

We (2 adults & an 11 yr old) visited on New Years Eve at 11am. The staff are all polite & lovely but €45 is very expensive for the experience, as there isn't much to do except read all the information boards, there was 1 member of staff in the chocolate kitchen you can watch. You get given 3 little sample bars of different chocolate at the beginning (to share not each) & a silver token each. At the end you use these in one of two claw machines (one of which you are guaranteed a prize of chocolate) Then the staff give you 3 different chocolates to sample & then a chocolate cup with either Port (yum!) in or grape juice. You inevitably end up in the lovely gift shop & cafe. To be honest I wouldn't bother paying for the museum but do visit the cafe & shop, you can sample the chocolate pots with port for €2.50 & the DIY hot chocolate was fun and delicious. Also, this may seem odd but visit the toilets, they are decorated brilliantly.
Cafeteria, loja e museu.

Not the best of the WoW experiences, this one is filled with mostly posters explaining the process from cocoa tree to chocolate. You get to taste 6 chocolates from 100% cocoa to 35% and get a token for a chance to with a plate in the grab machine. The guides were really lovely and amazing at explaining the chocolates and their tastes.
Wort a visit.
