First class operation and highly recommend them. They called in advance to clarify the process and discuss what was being moved.
They showed up on time, worked hard the entire time and were very polite. They made it simple by asking what was being moved and went to work. They had knowledge of how to move the furniture and put pads/covers to protect it.
Same for new location. I just had to let them know where I wanted everything and they made it happen.
I hope to not move again soon, but if I do they will be my first call!
Zach, Noah and Sentae were absolutely amazing. So professional and knowledgeable. They took excellent care of all of our belongings and took time to understand all the quirky things we needed (like loading the truck a certain way due to a delay in having our new home ready for everything immediately). They were even willing to allow us to extend the time for longer than originally scheduled because we underestimated how much stuff we truly have...we ended up filling 26' AND 15' trucks. We plan to call them anytime we have moving needs.
Didn’t load truck well at all, caused a lot of damages. I called and was given a fake email to talk to someone about my complaint. When I explained it was a fake email, I was hung up on. I had then left a previous review and someone replied with an inaccurate response. I can’t believe this company. Very untrustworthy.

We sincerely apologize for the disconnected call this morning. We operate with limited staff on Sunday mornings, and it appears the call was unintentionally dropped. We understand this added to your frustration.
Regarding the Photos:
We’ve reviewed the photos you posted. They show normal furniture wear and aging - scratches on wood finishes and standard upholstery - not the type of catastrophic damage that would result from improper loading.
Important Clarification About Our Service:
We provided labor-only loading service into your ABF U-Pack freight trailer. After we completed the loading:
• ABF Freight took possession of the trailer
• They transported it for days/weeks to Tennessee
• Any damage during that multi-day freight transport falls under ABF’s freight insurance, not our loading service
This is standard in the freight industry - the loading crew and freight carrier have separate responsibilities.
Regarding Our Email:
Our email (service@worryfreemovers.com) is:
• Publicly listed on our Google Business Profile
• On our website and every invoice
• Fully functional and has been our business email for years
We understand there was confusion with this morning’s disconnected call, but we have never provided fake contact information.
Moving Forward:
If you have concerns about our loading service specifically, we invite you to:
1. Email us: service@worryfreemovers.com with:

• Mon-Sat: 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM (full staff)

I'm absolutely heartbroken and deeply disappointed by our recent experience with Worry Free Moving. What was meant to be a smooth transition turned into one of the most distressing moving experiences we've ever had. We trusted this company with our home and our memories, and our belongings didn't even make it in one piece.
My Cable Nelson piano, a treasured family heirloom passed down through three generations, is now severely damaged.
Our $10,000 bedroom set was completely destroyed.
Precious vases were tossed haphazardly into the back of the truck without any padding, leaving them shattered beyond repair. Sadly, that's only the beginning. The list of damaged items goes on. We even provided extra moving blankets and plastic to ensure this wouldn't happen.
When we arrived in Tennessee, the local movers who helped us unload were shocked. They said it looked as though the original crew had no idea what they were doing.
Nearly every time something was carried into the house, it came in broken. We were forced to throw away entire pieces of furniture that were beyond saving.
To make matters worse, when I called to report the damage, the woman who answered provided a fake email address for filing a complaint, and when I realized it wasn't valid, she hung up on me. That moment was the final heartbreak in an already painful experience.
This move has left us emotionally and financially devastated. We've lost irreplaceable items that carried generations of family history, and unfortunately, we now have no choice but to document everything and pursue legal action to seek any form of justice.
