Excellent service and very professional
I had an issue with my Toyota Hilux 2008 that another workshop couldn’t fix, even after spending time and money with them. I brought the car to Workshop City and they were able to properly diagnose and solve the problem.
The team was very professional, honest, and clear about what needed to be done. My car is now running perfectly. I really appreciate their knowledge and attention to detail.

I recently took my ute to Workshop City WA and had a genuinely great experience. From the moment I walked in, Daniel (the manager) was professional, approachable and very knowledgeable. He took the time to properly explain what needed attention, why it was necessary, and what my options were no pressure, just clear and honest advice.
The team in the workshop did an excellent job. What really stood out was the transparency, they provided videos showing the parts that required replacement, which gave me full confidence in the work being carried out. You don’t often see that level of communication in another’s workshops
The job was completed efficiently, pricing was fair, and everything was handled in a very organised and professional way. It’s not easy to find a workshop you can genuinely trust, but these guys definitely deliver both quality workmanship and great customer service.
Highly recommend Workshop City WA to anyone looking for reliable and honest mechanics. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The guy at the front desk, Daniel, was really friendly and communicated well, and the mechanic, Paulinio, did an excellent job. I came in for service and he checked my car so he could change the brakes before they actually damaged the disc. Super good, I'll keep coming back.

Tive uma péssima experiência com meu carro na última visita ao estabelecimento. Pedi para fazer uma recarga de gás, além de outros serviços, pois senti que o ar condicionado nao estava resfriando de maneira apropriada.
No dia seguinte, apos retirar da oficina o ar condicionado parou de funcionar.
Liguei na oficina e falaram que a culpa nao foi deles e que eu precisava levar a um especialista pois ele nao trabalham com ar condicionado. "Como nao trabalhamos com ar condicionado eu nao cobrei essa parte do serviço". Achei que nao haviam cobrado devido aos outros serviços executados.
Acabou que esse serviço "gratuito" vai sair caro. E nao foi a primeira vez que troco algo e fica pior, como a troca das pastilhas de freio que fiz anteriormente retornou com os discos de freio empenados, gerando solavancos ao freiar, coisa que nao acontecia antes da troca.
Estou bem decepcionado com o serviço. Não confio mais na oficina.

I highly recommend Workshop City WA, specifically because of the service I received from Jeremy.
It's hard to find a trustworthy mechanic, but Jeremy absolutely knew his stuff and diagnosed the issue quickly and professionally. Most importantly, I felt completely respected and confident in the pricing—he definitely didn't try to rip me off with unnecessary work.
Trustworthy, knowledgeable, and fair. I'll be coming back for sure!
