A family member mentioned that they would like to learn how to crochet, so thinking this would be a good Christmas 'wrap-up' I went online and found the Wool Shop website that had the perfect gift at a really good price, i.e. the 'Deluxe Beginners Learn To Crochet Kit'. Very pleased with the item, which has all the basics, required plus instructions.

Delivery time charges
Ordered wool for next day delivery at the cost of £5.95 didn't arrive so emailed company no answer turns out
NEXT DAY DELIVERY MEANS. The next day after it has been dispatched so really 2 to 3 days not worth paying extra money.
Just noticed also track 24 is 3 days after despatch.

Placed my order online with ease. Whole process was very easy. My yarn arrived very quickly and I now busy crocheting with it. Lovely wool, good value and good quality. Will definitely use again.

Very poor experience!
Ordered online stating it was in stock - no wool delivered after about 3 weeks of waiting. Emailed them with no reply. Phoned them and was informed the wool was not in stock and they would refund me. Money not received- had to ring them and suddenly the money appeared in my PayPal account.
Was not informed wool was out of stock at any stage, ignored my email and if it wasn’t for me phoning them at each stage I would have not been refunded.
Will never use them again….oh and no apologies at any stage!
