Tomas Silva was such a great guide and made my visit to Sintra even more special. As a true local, he shared the history of the Palace of Sintra and details of Portugal in a fun, friendly, and easy-to-follow way. You can really see how much he loves what he does. He was kind, organized, respectful, and always considerate of all times and rules of the monuments of his country. The tour felt authentic, relaxed, and friendly. I highly recommend Tomas to anyone visiting Portugal. Thank you, for such a great experience! 😊

The BEST!! Must do!!! Tomas Silva driver and tour guide is INCREDIBLE. Listens to the client and customizes to their personality! I had the most incredible day and beat it he crowds. He found to BEST local Roast Chicken restaurant for lunch. His knowledge, pride and passion for his country and job is amazing! I loved the coastline drive, driving in and out of little coastal neighborhood’s and the Peña Castle. Perfect day! 5 star guide and vehicle

Good trip Thanks to Raphael !!!!! That wa amazing, he is sow nice. Not boring guide at all. He was really organised, and we do have a lot of free time and a story telling moments. He know good place , not touristic price . Sow shortly was worth it. And a plus is that the van is small. Like we were 17 people, that was nice funny, the perfect amount of people. Fantastic Sintra day tour. Fantastic Sintra day tour. You read lots of glowing reviews and sometimes wonder if they’re too good to be true, but this one is the real deal. Our guide, Alex, was absolutely fantastic. Super friendly, passionate, and incredibly knowledgeable about every place we visited. You could tell he genuinely loves what he does, and it made the whole experience feel special and engaging from start to finish. Alex is a total asset to the Wonder Van team. If you’re lucky enough to get him as your guide, you’re in for a great day. Highly recommend!

Best tour ever! We had the most amazing tour with Raphael. He gave us such a detailed yet understandable history lesson of the places we were seeing and was able to answer all of our questions. This is the third bus tour we have taken from Lisbon with all different tour companies and this one was by far the best. We learned so much new information that none of the other companies mentioned which really pulled everything together. We also learned a lot about life in Portugal, not just the history. The whole experience was stress free, we never felt rushed. Nazaré and Obidos were gorgeous and after this tour we are going to spend a whole day just seeing those two places. As for Fatima and Batalha we had the perfect amount of time to explore. I would recommend this tour any day, by far the best experience we have had in Portugal so far.

Insightful, relaxing, and rich in history My family and I went to Sintra today and Tomas Silva and Pedro were fantastic. We got to learn a lot about history and geography thanks to Tomas (who is from Sintra and grew up in the town knowing all the rich history). We were really impressed to learn so much from Tomas and he was also really respectful and helpful. Pedro was also our driver and he was cautious taking and bringing us back to Lisboa safely. We didn’t have to wait much in line because of how the tour was arranged and we got to eat at some delicious pastry shops Thomas knew of. We’ll recommend him to our friends and family!

We had the BEST guide!!! Tomas made our two different day tours so much fun! His knowledge of Portugal and all its rich history was so engaging and he made it fun! He was so thorough, and passionate about his work, while he made it feel like he was just our friend showing us his favorite places that he truly cared about. I went with a yoga group of 20 and he handled us like a trooper with all our questions. A lot of laughs! A tour guide can make or break a day out and he nailed it twice! He heard we wanted to go to an old cemetery and surprised us that that bonus! Thank you, Tomas! And of Course the driver was great too!!
