Chris Gatton a plumber with W L Staton's heating, cooling and plumbing, come by explain what was needed to be done and why. He showed me where my problem was and what was needed to fix it. I felted he kept everything up front, I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of. He was very skill in his job and showed the upmost respect in everything that was done. I now use W L Staton for all my needs.

Very pleased with my entire Staton experience. Their technicians are knowledgeable, straightforward, honest and professional. They are there to walk you through all the options and discuss each one, making sure you understand your choices. Having to get a new AC unit was an unexpected situation but they made the process easy, they were transparent with options and it was installed with ease and they showed me everything and explained what they did. Joe was friendly, efficient and was knowledgeable. He did a great job of showing and explaining the work that needed to be done. Our secondary (kitchen) line needed to be jetted from years of clog and build up. In the end, he also provided clear recommendations for maintenance.

What a great pleasure it was to have two of the nicest service technician's installing
Pex valves under our kitchen. Very knowledgeable, well trained, enthusiastic,
and above all else they did excellent high quality work. They are a credit to your company. I would recommend them to anybody needing plumbing work.

Brandon came out to help fix a potential major pipe leak to our water heater, while making a thorough inspection of our exposed plumbing he uncovered a corrosion leak to our water pressure regulator (yet another possible major disaster)
He explained everything and showed all the issues that lead to the pipes leaking. Not only did he make a timely repair but also went through his work to double check for leaks and pressure tested and calibrated the internal water pressure to our home. He was polite and respectful as well as informative with information and helpful hints of things to look for in the future.
