I do not like this nursery at all. They do not treat all parents equally, and their behavior towards children is also not satisfactory.
The biggest issue is related to fees. They initially quote higher fees and then pretend to offer discounts. These so-called discounts are conditional, parents are asked to GIVE 5-STAR ⭐ reviews from multiple accounts, allow their child’s pictures to be used on social media, or provide referrals in exchange for reduced fees.
The play area is hardly used by the children. It appears to be there only for decoration rather than for actual play and activities.
They often make verbal commitments, but the written documents they ask parents to sign state something different, claiming it is “just a formality.” Later, they introduce new rules through sudden meeting calls, which seems intentional so that parents have no written proof of their frequently changing rules.
Overall, these practices are unfair and misleading. I would not recommend this nursery to other parents.

Very disappointing experience. I was pressured to pay a full month’s fee immediately with the warning that my discount would be cancelled if I did not pay within 2 days, even though the admission process was not properly completed.
My child attended only three days. From day one, staff made rude and pressurizing comments, including asking me to pick up my child 2 hours early and repeatedly mentioning that "we were given a “heavy discount,” we can't offord only for your child a teacher she asking 4000 you paid 2000".which felt disrespectful and unprofessional.
My daughter became unwell and emotionally distressed, developed fear of attending, not letting me to meet her or give her food during a day they asked me if you want to meet then take with you at home i told this is 1st time 1st week please coperate with me because she got trauma and temperature and scare to go school. So,I decided not to continue. When I requested a refund Instead, the nursery changed terms, increased fees from AED 2,000 to AED 4,200, and demanded three months’ advance payment if continue after baby recovery.
Miss lubna was so rude was saying whatever management told forget I'm the owner and she was taking sudden decisions.
Due to poor communication, sudden changes in fees, and lack of care for a child’s emotional well-being, I would advise parents to be cautious and get everything in writing before enrolling.

As a KHDA-regulated nursery, we follow uniform policies and payment timelines for all families to ensure fairness, transparency, and compliance. In this instance, the admission process could not be fully completed due to pending mandatory documentation from the parent, which is a regulatory requirement that we are not permitted to bypass.
Supporting children’s emotional well-being and maintaining clear, respectful communication with parents are priorities for us. We regret if any part of the communication did not meet expectations and assure our parent community that feedback is taken seriously as part of our ongoing commitment to improvement.

My daughter like this nursery, we enjoy your summer camp, not a lot children, good price
We’ve had an amazing experience with Wizkidz Nursery so far. Our child settled in quickly thanks to the nurturing environment and great staff. Everyone’s kind, helpful and competent; from the teacher to the whole support/admin team. Communication with parents have been great too and we always feel informed and involved through the weekly newsletter and open communication with the staff. Overall, we can see that our child has grown considerably in a short period and is always telling us how happy she is at the nursery.
