I was always pleased with my dermatologist, Tiffany Gann. This is the only reason why I stayed at Winston-Salem Dermatology. When the state health insurance changed from Aetna to Humana, someone at the Winston-Salem Dermatology office did not file the appropriate paperwork to be in network. I ended up getting a bill from Winston-Salem Dermatology for my annual check after I paid my expected co-pay. When I called their office about it, I was told that I had to pay for out of network services because they had not filed the necessary paperwork to be in network when it changed from Aetna to Humana. They should’ve written off this additional cost instead of having me pay for their mistake! The person I spoke with said that they were now back in network for my next visit! Needless to say, there will NOT be a “next visit”. Tiffany Gann is now at a different office so I followed her there.
Rudest Referral Coordinator I’ve ever dealt with. I refused to make the appointment and will find a different dermatologist.. If you do not like your job, get a new one.

Absolutely amazing experience every time I come. They made the experience completely pain free and easy. I was in and out in 20 minutes and recommended me ways to save money and even helped with an issue I’ve been having for a long time that I wasn’t there for. Overall can’t say enough good things. I’m about to move to Charlotte and am planning to continue driving back here for whatever I need.
