They are very patient with their service when I decided to collect and buy my laptop from them, of course at a great rate compared to the commercial laptop that I'm looking outside. What happened was that I agreed to take this laptop from them at a particular date, but I was packed with my business and my associate can't go down and collect. Then I made changes for multiple times, I think about 3-4 times, but they are very patient and they are fine with changes. They just told me to come down to their shop to collect the laptop. Overall, the experience was great, very patient, and I love to do more business with them.
