When my colleague’s PC couldn’t boot up despite many attempts, I decided to pass it to Joshua from Win-Pro for troubleshooting. Our driver was ready for the morning delivery, so I texted Joshua early, even before business hours and he promptly replied that it was ok to pass him the PC. I really appreciate his responsiveness and professionalism as it saved our driver a return trip and helped us make a quick decision to upgrade instead of wasting time trying to fix the issue repeatedly. Later on, when I had trouble accessing a blocked website, Joshua helped resolve it in no time. He was patient, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood what was happening. Blur me to accidentally delete all my sent emails and further more went to empty by deleted items as well!!! Luckily I have Win-Pro. They've assigned Siher to me within 15 mins from submitting a support ticket and within 2 hours managed to salvage all my sent emails! Siher's service is exceptional and was not only patient and responsible enough to help to recover all my sent emails which total up to more than 10,000 emails!!! My previous encounter with other service providers is that they just provide you with a list of instructions on how to recover. Kudos to Siher and the Win-Pro Team!!! Never changing my IT support service provider anymore!!!!
