James was incredibly helpful & knowledgeable & patient.
The result is a stunning addition to my dining room, where I can keep my French reds in tip top condition.

Excellent customer service throughout, real personal service from the owner of this business, I felt nothing was too much trouble. Excellent communication regarding delivery and fast, efficient delivery on the day. Lovely cabinet, well made and excellent quality.

Excellent service, Roy is very knowledgeable and very helpful. He explained the differences between the wine Cabinets/fridges and helped me decide which would be the best one for me. Delivery was quick and it looks lovely now I've stocked it with my wine collection. 👍

Wine Storage Solutions could not have been more helpful, and answered all my questions. However, I was not quit so impressed with the delivery company - not part of Wine Storage Solutions. They failed to deliver on the original date as their driver(s) ran out of driving hours. They proceeded to deliver the next working day, but did not phone 1 hour ahead, as promised, but fortunately I was home. They then had to try 3 different routes before managing to get the fridge int the correct place - a tape measure and some forethought would have helped, and then finally they scratched the new hard wood floor in the kitchen. This could easily have been avoided by not unpacking the fridge ahead of moving it - see 'forethought' - and not moving it without it being on the sack trolley. I did not see the scratches until after they had gone, I have now managed to polish them out, just about, but an apology, which I asked for, has not been forthcoming.
However. I love my fridge and filling it is a very enjoyable experience.

Outstanding Service
I have recently moved into a new house that has two full height Vin Garde wine coolers, but unfortunately one of them wasn’t working properly. I contacted Wine Storage Solutions and even though the unit was out of warranty, Roy couldn’t have been more helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent customer service
This is a huge shout out to Roy Wilson from Wine STorage Solutions for the friendly and expert way in which he helped to resolve a problem with my wine ageing cabinet.
It took a message and a few phone calls to get the ball rolling and the issue was resolved within the time span as suggested by Roy.
This is how business should be conducted.
Wine room installed 6 years ago, we still adore it!
Roy designed the gorgeous oak interior for the walk in wine room in the house we were building. It was finished in 2017 and ever since we are delighted we chose the high quality fit out. It still looks as good as the day it was completed. The shelf is perfect for placing fruit and cheeses ready to be eaten!
Amazing product and company service
Very professional and amazingly helpful company. Nothing was too much trouble for Roy and his team. The courier company used to deliver also very helpful, as its was a little awkward to get the size of wine cooler through house into the room required.
Beautiful product with great service
Very happy with the installation of the wine cabinet in our basement. The team from Wine Storage Solutions was great. They were very communicative, discussed everything and also patient!
The installations was flawless and we are very happy with the result. Beautiful high quality wood.
Great service from Roy. The Espace 9000 was delivered on-time as promised and Roy's enthusiasm as a fellow oenophile made the whole transaction a pleasant one.
Top-tip 1: Make sure there is enough space to erect the unit - mine fitted, but only just. Happily Roy checked it our before hand and the installers made it work.
Top-tip 2: Buy some stickers to number the shelves; makes record keeping so much easier
Minor gripe: The unit is supplied with two battery operated, stick-on LEDs. Well, the illumination is not enough and anyway they do not adhere for long. Only a minor point but the cheap lights be-lie the general overall high quality. In the picture illumination comes from a free-standing lantern bought separately.
Superb Wine Racking system
Wine Storage solutions do exactly what they say. They come up with the best wine storage solution for your requirements. They were patient, thorough and efficient when planning the design. They even managed to match the stain of the oak to our stair case. The fitter could not have been more efficient and tidy. I would highly re recommend this company.
