I did a batch of wine early may. Approximately first 10 bottles consumed were great. I also distributed some bottles among friends.
However, later, the wine started to taste bad with a very strong after taste. Last Saturday, around noon, I took some of the leftover unopened bottles to Wine Butler Mississauga and explained the issue. I was told that it can happen, however, that they can not do anything to compensate me by replacing a few bottles as I did not have more than 50% of the bad batch left with me.

Hi, my name is Mike. I’ve been a client of the wine butlers for many years now unfortunately I had a little accident. I couldn’t get into bottle my own wine. I had fallen and broken two ribs. A gentleman I met tonight his name is Colin. What an employee the man was fantastic Not only did he Bottle my wine, when I got there, I asked him if he put on the sleeves for me and he did also I always liked putting on the labels for I do not like wine and I’m Italian. These are for the women I date so thank you Colin for your professionalism and I can see Your-hard you did A very intelligent thing wine Butler hiring this gentleman

I ordered Shiraz wine from this place and trusted them to make a good product. Unfortunately, the wine I received last week has almost no quality at all. It tastes more like juice and even watery, nothing close to real wine. I feel extremely disappointed and honestly feel like I was taken advantage of. I spent my money expecting a proper product, but what I received was nowhere near acceptable.
I hope they take this seriously and improve their quality for future customers.

Great adventure...A+ through the whole process, from the first contact phone call, thru the notifications, the booking when notified the wines were ready for bottling and right thru the bottling process itself...our staff young man (the Virginian...sorry, didn't catch his name) walked us thru the bottling process, explaining each step of the process thoroughly and answered all questions with simplicity and knowledge..we will definitely be coming back! and would reccommend this...great value, great products (varieties of both reds and whites and specialty wines too) and unbelievably friendly, knowledgeable (and patient) staff....you have to try this just once to be hooked...fun to do and the bonus is you get to have the wine at the end of the adventure...thanks Wine Butler, Mississauga
