We had a fantastic evening with Gabby, her knowledge about wines (around the world) and in particular Spanish wines was incredible. It was even more special, to have a small intimate group of people, providing a personal feel and opportunity to ask lots of questions!

We hired Gabby for a tour of Priorat during our Spring Break vacation to BCN in March 2024. She is amazing, very knowledgeable about the region and we had an exclusive kid-friendly experience at the first winery we visited. I recommend booking her well in advance and she can even video or FaceTime call you in advance to plan out and maximize your wine tour experience. My recommendation is to also clearly indicate any dietary restrictions in advance so she can coordinate the visit accordingly. Highly recommended and she’s great for Americans as she is a native English speaker from her South African heritage.

Thank you, I loved the family time and thought Atavus did an amazing job with the girls. I agree that I needed to be more clear about the dietary restrictions as yes we could have been more prepared. ( this was a learning curve for me to make sure everyone understands what strict vegetarian means) i actually think they had my days wrong and were not expecting me. I loved taking you to Clos D’OBac and I hope you can come back soon. I was hoping to see you for wine after but next time I’ll invite you earlier.
And untill then enjoy the Wines from Priorat.

We had an absolutely fantastic time with Gabby. We scheduled a cava tour. She picked us up at our hotel and took us to Torello where we learned all about Corpinnat. Gabby arranged for Jordi to take us through the wine estate and we learned so much. We enjoyed brunch while tasting several of their corpinnats. If you love wine and are interested in a unique experience you must contact Gabby for a tour! She is very knowledgeable and a joy to spend the day with. We cannot wait to return and have another wine experience with her.

Turns out they make an incredible white wine also, it has some barrel aging and is therefore complex but really great to see all sorts of expressions of wines showing up in my tastings. We had a great time at the wine tasting! Being in a small group allowed us to ask many questions and learn about Catalonian wines. Gabby is clearly passionate about the topic and showed us a great variety of wines. The wines, the snacks and the atmosphere were all super nice. I’d recommend this wine tasting to both beginners and more experienced wine enthusiasts. Thank you again for the nice experience!
