Elliot did a fantastic job of taking us through the potential options for the briding loan and the mortgage, and in particular was brilliant in supporting us to reach a desicion on which products were most appropriate for us given our circumstances. Once we'd identified the right products, Elliot was then instrumental in engaging with the funders and our legal advisor in order to ensure we were able meet the very tight timescales. In doing so, Elliot was calm, professiional and reassuring at all times.
