From the moment we walked in, we knew this was the place we would get married. Colleen was so wonderful from start to finish. She is so sweet and always helpful. Our wedding was the most beautiful day, organized so precisely by the team. Annette was wonderful as the bridal assistant. We were spoiled rotten all day. Wilbur even helped set up the arch for us. Not only was windows on the water a fabulous venue. They became like family through the process, Personalizing your wedding to be exactly how you imagined. Highly highly recommend.
000000/10. Me and my wife decided to book our wedding at Windows on the Water at Frogbridge when we went to visit it during a severe thunderstorm. What we saw that day gave us instant clarification on where we would be getting married. There happened to be a wedding that day and even with such poor weather, the staff turned the whole place into a fairytale wedding. If that’s worst case scenario, give me it everytime. When it comes to the staff they were all so helpful, kind, and considerate. Jim and Colleen were especially incredible. Everytime we would visit, Jim would make us feel welcomed and like we were at home. He has such a big heart and has a real knack for this industry. Colleen was incredibly helpful from the second we booked. Every question we had (and there was a lot), she was there with a quick response and answer. She was even more wonderful on the actual wedding day making sure every little detail was to our liking and if not she would have done anything in her power to change it. When it comes to the grounds, it is absolutely breath taking. From the fountain when you pull in, to the beautiful view of the water, all the way to our favorite part, where we got married. The willow tree was as advertised and made our ceremony stunning. Even the various locations for photos including this beautiful private section in the woods, made our photo gallery incredible and every time we want to relive that special day. Overall, this is the place I would suggest to anyone looking to tie the knot. They are not in it for the money or publicity. They are simply in it for YOU. They helped make our day just as special as all of our friends and family did. The rest of the staff are just as helpful and nice as Jim and Colleen are. If you want a wedding that looks like it came off the big screen, book Windows on the Water at Frogbridge.
Looking to plan a large family reunion and our first point of contact was Colleen Carey. Not that pleasant of person and her tone is very dismissive. Unfortunately, my encounter with her has rubbed me the wrong way and will no longer pursue this venue.
The venue itself, the food, Coleen and Jim were all amazing!! Their communication and accommodating ways made planning so easy and execution seemless. Expectations, which were very high, were exceeded! It was a dream wedding! Would give 100 stars if I could!
I don't know how my daughter found this place but I am so glad she did. This is a hidden GEM!!! The facility and grounds are absolutely amazing! The staff Jim and all of his associates are very understanding and in tuned with your all of the needs you wish for with your special event. The food (chefs kiss), the facility but most of all Jim and his staff made us feel like he was planning his own family's wedding/event. My suggestion is to get away from the beach scene and get to the serene feeling of the countryside. BOOK IT!!

Our wedding day was so beautiful at Windows on the Water at Frogbridge. Jim and Colleen were so attentive, friendly, understanding, patient and competent. Our wedding ran so seamlessly due to their attention to detail and expertise. The rest of the staff was extremely attentive, helpful and dedicated to their job. Our guests were raving about the cocktail hour, the food, passed hors d’oeuvres the passed desserts as well as the entrees were absolutely delicious. The venue and grounds were pristine and the scenery was beautiful. We were taken back by the excellent reviews of our venue choice by our guests. Many people said that the place was perfect and the food was excellent. The staff is so friendly and helpful in every situation and price point is fair. This was a no brainer once we met Jim and Colleen and reviewed the outstanding wedding packages that we would be choosing Windows on the Water and it did not disappoint us. Without a doubt it was the most beautiful day and we are forever grateful to the staff at WOWF.

When the weather looked like it might not cooperate, they were flexible and had backup plans ready without adding any stress. And when my wife had a minor wardrobe malfunction, the team jumped into action and helped clean it up so quickly — you would’ve never known anything happened. That kind of support made such a difference in helping me feel comfortable and taken care of. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better venue. The entire day felt smooth, elegant, and relaxed — and that’s thanks to the incredible environment and the amazing people behind it. A true hidden gem, I adore this place. I had always wanted a whimsical, tent wedding and they absolutely delivered. The grounds are beautiful, the staff expertly runs the place with passion and enthusiasm. The food was amazing, our guests were raving about it all night. Colleen, Jim, and our Maître D Josh helped run our absolute perfect day, their team is prepared for anything. The tent has air conditioning if you need it and they have a very solid and efficient rain plan if it comes down to it. We couldn’t have picked a better place for us.
Our son had his wedding there, and we cannot say enough about the process leading up to it, the on-site service, and the way they care about the customer. It all made us feel quite at ease knowing that things were in good hands. A truly beautiful place for taking one's vows. Thank you so much for making our son's special day truly SPECIAL!
