We had an emergency with one of our windows; water was leaking in and the window was also very drafty.
Even though the job was small, Window Seal West took care of us.
Antony came by and provided an estimate, the window was custom made and installed by a very professional team.
It was a cold day when our new window was installed; the team worked very efficiently and the job was done in under 45 minutes.
I'm very pleased with Window Seal West and would recommend them without hesitation!

Window Seal West is simply Amazing! Got 2 exterior doors replaced and they did such an amazing job from start to finish. The doors look beautiful, and the quality of the build and materials is very good quality (bonus points for being manufactured locally within Calgary/Alberta!). Window Seal West beat every other Window & Door Company's pricing/quotation we got quotes from, and these guys not only offer such an amazing price, they use high quality products, and did such an amazing installation job. The guys that did the replacement and install went above and beyond, and were very helpful, and efficient in making the whole experience top notch, as was the customer service from the entire team from the beginning to the end of the entire process. Olesya was wonderful, very kind, helpful, and informative when she came for the consultation and providing the quotation, and giving us general advice and help along the way. Highly recommend using Window Seal West for any of your window & door needs because of their high quality workmanship alone, but the service, experience, and their pricing compared to the others, I don't think you will find anyone better than them in Calgary!

A couple years ago my mom had her patio door replaced by Window Seal West. Excellent workmanship. Then she had 3 basement windows done. Again superb job.
Just this week Window Seal West replaced 4 windows in my townhouse I rent out. I haven't had a chance to see them but from what my tenant says they did a Gr88t job. Tenant was so excited...he said "They even cleaned up after themselves!!!"

Great experience with Window Seal West . After the worst hail and home damage experienced in 2024, I had requested a quote to replace two basement windows instead of repairing the 30 year old windows as advised by our home insurance adjuster. Window Seal West had previously replaced a majority of the windows in our home (except for the basement windows) in 2011. Their windows are high-quality, well-designed, and very well constructed. None of their windows broke or damaged from that nasty hail storm in 2024. While navigating through the home insurance claim process, it took over a year before I was able to finally place an order for the new basement windows. I was very pleased that the price did not change, even though it was over a year since the original replacement quote was provided. The two windows were replaced very efficiently. The whole process was smooth, from consultation to installation. Highly recommend this company for anyone looking for reliable and durable windows that last a lifetime!
