We recently (November 2023) had our windows replaced by Window Seal West, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. My husband and I intentionally waited through an entire winter and summer before writing this review, as we wanted to see how they performed across all seasons. This is our second time working with them, and my husband and I were just as impressed as the first. Their installers were professional, kind, and honestly some of the hardest-working folks we've had on our renovation journey. They showed up ready to go, treated our space with care, and were clearly experts at what they do. One cool thing we learned this time around: if you're putting windows into a space that doesn’t have drywall yet (like ours), they can still install them perfectly without needing drywall in place. I had two exterior doors replaced by Slav and Nick on April 22, 2025. They did a great job. It took nearly 5 hours to complete installation. Doors function properly and have a good seal. I am very happy with the end result. I was equally happy with the quotation process. Antony answered all my questions and provided a prompt quote with a really good price.

UPDATE - Window Seal West installed an upstairs bedroom window in March 2025, and as expected, their quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail, was second to none. Slava and his assistant spent approximately two hours installing the window, coping with three sets of steep stairs (16 steps per flight), in a small condo, plus accessing the outside via a garage roof. The weather was damp and cold, but that did not affect their installation in any way. The window was professionally insulated using the latest materials and the area was thoroughly cleaned afterward. The carpet and stairs were even vacuumed! You will be treated to professional artisans every time, with Window Seal West. Highly recommended! Anton and his team will ensure your installation is of the highest quality. Window Seal West installed a new exterior front door at our upper level condo unit, in August 2024, and their work is exemplary. Anton, the sales representative, visited the site initially, and after inspecting the old door and frame while taking measurements, quoted a competitive amount for the new install. He obviously had installation experience himself and was not solely a sales person. He also mentioned other factors involved in the installation, such as room on the street for the truck and miscellaneous items that may need addressing. He assured us that no additional stucco work would be required around the door as the current stucco would not be affected. Communication with Anastasia at the office, with regard to scheduling and payment, was seamless. She outlined payment options, installation day timing and followed up prior to installation day. Slava and his assistant were punctual, informative, hard working and efficient, and took obvious pride in their work. The door was fully installed in approximately three hours, complete with frame, door number and peephole. The entire area was vacuumed and the door was tested multiple times to ensure a proper fit when opening and closing. Experience, superior craftsmanship, investment in the work and mastery of the art were evident. The work area was a narrow, second level porch, requiring constant care not to fall on a set of steps. They continued immediately after our door installation, with a second installation right next door. Window Seal West provides superior service at every step; you will not be disappointed!

Max Mateisen came to our home to discuss 2 windows we were having issues with. He was honest and advised that the windows did not need replacing and gave us recommendations on how to fix the issue without spending unnecessary $. This is contrary to another quote we received where they wanted to upsell and suggested our windows needed replacing. Thanks to Window Seal West and Max for being honest. We live 80 meters from the train tracks so it was really loud with the old windows. Window Seal created specialized sound-deadening windows with a laminated panel and the noise reduction is amazing! What used to be several minutes of loud screeching train wheel noise is now 10 seconds of a low-frequency rumble while the locomotive passes by and the rest is so quiet that you need to whisper otherwise you might not notice it. The installation crew were very professional and did an amazing job. We would definitely choose Window Seal again!

I had a new front door installed by Window Seal West. The installation went perfect, the new door is excellent and works perfectly. The 2 gentlemen that installed the door were very knowledgeable and professional. They removed the old door and took it with them. They cleaned up after the installation and made sure everything was perfect before they left. I highly recommend this company as their product is excellent, their prices are very reasonable and they are very professional in how they deal with their customers. I am thinking of replacing some windows and I would definitely use their services.

I had my windows and sliding door installed today. Initially the company told me the windows would be installed in 2 days. When the workers arrived, they said they could install all the windows and door today. I was shocked and surprised. They worked through the day, making sure everything was installed properly. They all worked in sync with each other and got everything done in one day. The quality of the windows are amazing and I would recommend Window Seal West to everyone. We are very pleased with the service we received from this company. The staff arrive late the first day but they still proceeded to put in 3 windows that first evening. They then arrive early the next day to finish the job. They kept the area neat and clean where they were working. They worked very hard with little or no breaks. They were kind and friendly. The window are of excellent quality and the workers put great care into installing them. We recommend this company to everyone! Thanks for the great service!
