This place exceeded all expectations! While the listing is beautiful, it is even better in person! Amazing location away from the crowds, but it only took 10 minutes or so drive to top spots. Recommend a car to come and go as please. The property was well decorated, incredibly stocked with anything you would need, and so clean. The pool and garden were fantastic! Floriana was amazing with cleaning and cooking breakfast everyday, and a bonus, she was so playful and loving with my kids! Nikos was fantastic and so responsive with any question before and during our stay. He also provided great recommendations. There were so many thoughtful touches that made this place not only a place to stay but a memorable and lovely experience! I could not recommend this place enough!

☺ The location was perfect for exploring as we were on the main road, so making it easy to get round the Island. The villa was beautiful and clean. It was well equipped for everything we needed, apart from a washing machine which would have been ideal, but not necessary. The AC was great for the warm nights, so sleeping was made more comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, very enjoyable and tasty, and plentiful. The swimming pool was amazing with the jacuzzi. When we arrived we were shown round by a lovely lady who brought us breakfast each day. I forgot her name, but she was a joy and very friendly. Nikos made sure we knew where the local amenities were and told us the best places to go for a food shop and best places to eat. We really enjoyed it and it felt like a home from home. Thank you for looking after us.

The Windmill Villa was lovely. We were happy we chose to stay in a more peaceful and private setting, away from the crowds of Oia. (When we walked through Oia & even Imerovigli, we were surprised to find that there are people walking right in front of the plunge pools or patios of vacationers. Not private at all.)Nikos was very responsive as a host. Very kind and helpful. Breakfast was so yummy & included. Location is about 15 min drive to Oia and 5-7 mins to downtown Imerovigli. You would need a car, I would say. Our kids loved the pool. I loved the painted flowers and delicate woodwork in the home. Felt like a doll house in a welcoming way. Overall, a lovely stay!

Excellent Stay!
We just returned from a wonderful 4 night stay at the Windmill Villas. After touring Athens, the quiet and cool of the Windmill Villas was so welcomed. We loved the private pool after the days visiting the sights and beaches in Santorini. We stayed with 2 of our kids, ages 20 and 15. The Villas are cleaned daily by the lovely Floriana and breakfast is served with the stunning Aegean view. The air conditioning works great and the amenities are plentiful. We wish our vacation wasn't over and would love to return! Thank you to Nikos and staff for a wonderful stay; it was the trip of a lifetime!
