We initially listed with one of the "Big Names" and became very disillusioned with the service. Big was certainly not beautiful!!
We then came across Morgan's "Boutique" approach and were impressed that we had found someone who knew how to market our unusual property. From start to finish, Morgan and his staff had done their homework and presented a marketing package that was well-researched, knowledgeable, and very well presented.
