My trusted electrician recommended Wilmington Audio, Visual, Lighting to help me out with WIFI and networking in my home. Amado, the owner, responded personally to my request in a timely and professional manner. Scheduling with him was easy and he arrived promptly to look at my situation and give me an estimate. He quickly determined that what a utility troubleshooter had told me several years ago was not the problem and that he suspected my aging router was the culprit. He walked me through bypassing the router and how to test the network and what to look for during that process. He also suggested the most effective placement of my router and companion satellite modules. He said he’d follow up to see how it went and if his services were still needed. He did exactly that. What he told me to do fixed the problem, and he did not charge me for the visit or diagnosis. This is what you hope for in regard to communication, competency, and efficiency when you contract with a company. Highly recommend.

They offered excellent advice on how to setup the Sonos audio system, the surround sound and the television setup throughout the house. Absolutely love our new permanent outdoor lighting from Wilmington Audio Visual! We have it set to green and purple for Halloween and will easily switch it over for Thanksgiving and Christmas. The best part is I’ll never have to climb a ladder again to hang lights, just change the colors with a click. Couldn’t be happier!
