TMJ treatment is highly individualized some people do well with night guards or physical therapy, while others require a more comprehensive approach. It’s important to understand that TMJ care is often a process rather than an instant fix, especially when symptoms have developed over many years.

Our office always begins with a thorough phone consultation to discuss concerns, answer questions, and review potential treatment options together. When physical therapy is necessary, we refer to clinicians with specialized training and extensive experience in TMJ-related care to help ensure the best outcomes.

We are committed to providing thoughtful, evidence-based care and take that responsibility seriously.
