The best most detailed oriented agent out there! She helped us sell our townhome and find a great place in Treasure Island and negotiate a crazy low price for the area. I was amazed because after dealing with realtors in Michigan, I didn't know all of the things I shouldn't have to do during buying and selling a home. I always thought "why am I paying this person this much" while I lived there but Carly was well worth every penny. She doesn't pressure you to like a place because she wants the sale or likes it herself which I had encountered plenty of times in the past. Don't go anywhere else!
