Bill is always available by email and phone even during tax time. He is personable, knowledgeable and explains things in detail so that I can make the best executive decision possible. Bill also sends newsletters with important tax information throughout the year as well as updates on new tax codes to help client's plan ahead for any changes they may encounter. No surprises with this company and Bill will not hesitate to let you know when documents are needed especially when you don't send them in a timely manner. For me, it's beneficial since I need that kind of structure. Overall, good experience so far.
