So you’re telling me I have to call during the week? If I need service. Are the weekends after hours? And still going to charge us the full amount, even though they said someone would contact us in 30-45 minutes? We had to sit here and call them back to see what was going on. It had been an hour. We have to wait for the next day knowing we have shit in our tubs and no water in our toilets as well. So that’s not an emergency? Urgent job?

I had them replace my condenser and coil. Job well done on that, though they broke my gas furnace in the process. They sent multiple techs out who didn't know what they were doing, it was a frustrating experience. They quoted me 8k for something that already worked. Lol. Anyway I got it replaced by another company for less than half of what this company wanted. Be aware. Update - I decided to add on with how frustrated I am with this company. The installers asked that I keep the fan running so that they would have ventilation. I thought this was a weird request, what is your job? When they left, I checked out my air filter and it was disgusting (I had just replaced it a week before). I spend 14k on your stuff and you don't even replace the air filter? I'm updating this to 3/5 because they did do a good job on the actual install, but it's overall disappointing.

Gave a $8,000 bid for plumbing work. I got a 2nd opinion which repaired the issue for $2,000, saved me thousands. I called Willard and inquired why I was quoted so much and I was told one, two, three, four, FIVE different excuses. A week later after receiving prior confirmation for our HVAC maintenance check via text message Willard no showed/ no called our HVAC appointment. When we asked why they never came or called, they stated because of a "delinquent payment". We corrected them and stated it was not a delinquent payment but in fact was a refund to our credit card as evidenced in black and white on credit card statements from Willard. The company decided to fire us as clients and not even tell us and then lie about it further. Dishonest. They severed our Shield Membership we signed that included our 10 year warranties.
