So you’re telling me I have to call during the week? If I need service. Are the weekends after hours? And still going to charge us the full amount, even though they said someone would contact us in 30-45 minutes? We had to sit here and call them back to see what was going on. It had been an hour. We have to wait for the next day knowing we have shit in our tubs and no water in our toilets as well. So that’s not an emergency? Urgent job?
