Initially, I had a phone conversation with Attorney Greg Nussbickel about setting up a trust for my daughter. He took about an hour to explain, in detail, the documents he offered, not only a trust, but a living will, durable power of attorney, medical power of attorney, and several related documents. Paralegal, Michelle was also very helpful, helping me gather the necessary information to easily complete the process. The price for these documents was reasonable.
