Throughout the entire process, everyone at the firm was incredibly helpful, timely, and patient. Prior to reaching out, we had been looking at doing the application process ourselves and we are really glad we chose to go with Wiles and Weinberg in the end. They made what we found to be a very complex procedure, incredibly clear. Their guidance along the way from the initial set of forms through to the final interview and my wife's eventual green card made the journey feel smooth, seamless, and honestly, very easy. They even provided an attorney for our interview and helped us prepare with a mock interview session. Afterwards, we've been able to reach out with additional questions regarding my wife's work and everyone has been very generous with their time to help us think ahead on next steps in the process. I was connected to Wildes & Weinberg by a friend (an Indian national) who had employed their services for his Greencard (marriage-based). From the outset, I was impressed by the professionalism of their team. Costs were outlined transparently, with the initial consult fee credited to the total legal fee once I signed the engagement letter. The initial consult was also extremely useful and fully worth the fee as I learned a lot about the process that I could've applied even had I not proceeded with engaging W&W. Once I proceeded, Faviola, my assigned point of contact, was extremely responsive throughout the process - letting me know exactly what I needed to send alone, what files I should keep a record of, and what my immediate next steps would be. I was also able to reach out for ad hoc support as I hit a couple of snags along the way, and was able to get immediate help to avoid delays in the process. I engaged the team in late March 2025, received my work permit/EAD in August, and then my GC in February 2026, so about 11 months end-to-end. Since then, the team has kept me abreast of things I need to keep a record of over the next year while we prepare to remove restrictions on my GC, and then on to citizenship. I highly recommend W&W for anyone seeking immigration support. They are absolute professionals, truly committed to excellence, and with decades of experience.
