I highly recommend Mr. Wildes and his team, Yoni Jonas and Victoria Phillips. They provided exceptional legal guidance and support for my father’s I-601 waiver case involving a misrepresentation issue, as well as the humanitarian reinstatement process.
From the very beginning, they demonstrated an outstanding level of professionalism, knowledge, and dedication. Immigration matters can be complex and stressful, but their team took the time to explain every step clearly and always provided honest, accurate, and practical advice. Their responsiveness and attention to detail gave us confidence throughout the entire process.
What truly sets them apart is their integrity. They never made unrealistic promises and consistently guided us with transparency and expertise. Thanks to their hard work and commitment, we were able to navigate a very challenging situation successfully.
They came highly recommended, but my experience was extremely disappointing. I invested over $20,000 in legal fees and ultimately felt left in a worse position than before I retained their services. In my opinion, the firm overpromised results and failed to deliver on key expectations throughout the process. Communication and consistency were also major concerns. My case was reassigned between multiple attorneys, and each lawyer often gave me different information and conflicting guidance. This made it difficult to understand the direction of my case, build trust, or feel confident in the representation I was receiving. Rather than feeling supported as a client, I often felt that the primary focus was on billing rather than achieving meaningful progress on my case.
Unfortunately, when it became clear that the promised outcomes were not materializing, I felt dismissed and unsupported. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage others to carefully evaluate their options before retaining this firm.
We had the privilege of working with Victoria on our immigration case, and I can say without hesitation that her expertise and dedication are truly exceptional.
From the very beginning, Victoria demonstrated a deep understanding of immigration law and took the time to explain every step of the process in a clear and reassuring way. What stood out most was her attention to detail—nothing was overlooked, and she approached my case with both precision and genuine care.
Immigration matters can be stressful and complex, but Victoria made the entire experience feel manageable. She was always responsive, patient with our questions, and proactive in anticipating potential challenges before they arose. Her professionalism is matched by her compassion, which made a difficult process much easier to navigate.
Thanks to Victoria’s hard work and commitment, our case was handled smoothly and successfully. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of an immigration lawyer who is not only highly skilled but also truly invested in her clients’ success. Victoria is truly a gem.
From the first time my wife and I spoke with Josh Wildes, it was clear we had chosen the right firm. Josh and his entire team go above and beyond, treating every client like family and making themselves available at any hour to answer questions or provide guidance. Throughout our immigration journey, they were not only knowledgeable and professional but also genuinely compassionate, taking the time to explain every step and ensure we felt confident and supported. Their dedication, responsiveness, and personalized approach made a stressful process much easier to navigate. We truly felt valued and cared for at every stage. I cannot recommend Josh Wildes and his team enough to anyone seeking immigration assistance.
My husband and I retained Wildes & Weinberg to assist us with his application for permanent residency. W&W were incredibly attentive and helped us formulate the best course of action for our particular case. They assisted us every step of the way and continually went above and beyond which gave us significant peace of mind throughout the whole process. My husband and I were impressed with their extensive knowledge of immigration law. With their help and expertise we had a successful outcome on our case! I would highly recommend this firm, and we especially had an excellent experience working with Joshua, Walter, Mia and Talia.
In a world where immigration attorneys are numerous and often indistinguishable, Wildes & Weinberg is a remarkable law practice that delivers integrity, competence, and results. Their legal services and counseling are superb, second-to-none, and highly recommended.
My partner and I were married in the spring of 2023. That summer, we prepared and filed for my husband’s green card on our own. A year later, USCIS denied my husband’s green card on a technicality that was not our fault. We were promptly sent a “you must leave the country in thirty days” letter.
My husband and I went into full panic mode. I called, researched, and investigated scores of NYC attorneys, all of whom told us that they had no appointments available for at least two months (well past our USCIS deadline date). When I expressed our need for urgency, we were consistently told, “sorry, but we can’t see you any earlier. Good luck.”
Then I called Wildes & Weinberg. Within two hours, Mr. Michael Wildes, head of the firm, reached out to us directly, expressing an immediate interest and genuine concern for our case. Within days, my husband and I were in his office and had our first consultation. For their sense of urgency and genuine commitment, I will always be grateful.
Our first consultation was the beginning of a journey with Wildes & Weinberg that would be marked by legal competence, excellent counseling, and genuine human compassion.
My husband and I were advised that the best course of action was to refile our case. We were heartbroken by this unwelcome news. It meant additional and significant financial expense due to no fault of our own. Despite the devastating news, we implicitly trusted the advice rendered, and we moved forward with the re-filing process.
The Wildes & Weinberg team went to work immediately. They were acutely mindful of the looming thirty-day deadline and the task at hand. We worked closely together to complete the new filing. To our delight, our application was finalized and filed days ahead of the deadline date.
We were assigned two attorneys to work on our case, Victoria Phillips and Talia Heller. Victoria and Talia were nothing short of outstanding from start to finish. From breaking the bad news regarding re-filing our application to preparing us for the green card interview, Victoria and Talia displayed a level of professionalism and charisma that was extraordinary. They were direct and firm with their legal advice, accommodating of our inquiries (and my husband’s language challenges), and responsive to all our e-mails and communications.
Our green card interview was scheduled nearly a year after we initiated our second filing. Victoria accompanied us to the interview. She was fully prepared. Not only did she advocate on our behalf with exceptional legal competence, but she simultaneously created an amicable and comfortable working environment that facilitated the exchange of information. Her firm yet soothing demeanor put my trembling hands at ease and assured me that my husband and I were in good hands.
My husband’s applications for a status change and for a green card were granted on the spot, an uncommon occurrence, which I fully attribute to the preparation and diligence of the Wildes and Weinberg team. Securing my husband’s green card was one of the happiest days of our lives.
We are eternally grateful to the Wildes & Weinberg team for making my husband’s US residency a reality. My husband and I, without hesitation, will re-engage the Wildes & Weinberg team when the time comes to apply for his U.S citizenship.
Given the current political climate, it is imperative to secure competent legal representation to navigate the endless and ever-changing uncertainties surrounding immigration and naturalization in the US. In our opinion, Wildes & Weinberg is the irrefutable superhero legal team you need to help lead the way.

Recently used Wildes and Weinberg Law Firm for my husbands green card interview and they were great. With what’s going on with the government, it was highly recommended on bringing an attorney to our interview. Our attorney Mia was great and we hit it off right away. We had two solid prep discussions before the interview and we were fully prepared, and received our green card approval right at the end of the interview!
Working with the Wildes and Weinberg team has been one of the best life decisions I've made. From the first meeting with Walter and Mia to Mariana assisting me with the documentation and finally to Talia who was just the perfect attorney to accompany us to the interview. It's also very much worth noting that Mr. Wildes and the rest of his team don't just do everything well, they are also very empathetic and personable to each individual's case. You'll always feel at ease and in good hands. Just simply the best.
We were referred to your firm by a friend, and we will certainly refer any family and friends seeking an immigration lawyer to you in the future. From day one, you were committed to our case and were always available to respond to our inquiries.
Thank you for the hard work and dedication you put into our case. We are now American residents and could not be more thankful for your support.
W&W provided me with excellent guidance and support throughout the very complex and nerve-wracking process of applying for and obtaining citizenship. They quickly responded to my query with an initial zoom meeting where the entire process was explained to me in a clear and accessible way. All options available to me were described and the best one was recommended to me. I was given detailed guidance and support in filling out the numerous forms and documents needed for the application. I couldn't have done even that part without them! One of their lawyers prepared me for the interview and actually accompanied me to the meeting with the Agent. Due to various interruptions in Federal Government service there was a considerable delay in setting the date for the Oath Keepers ceremony, which again caused much anxiety, but W&W reassured me throughout and "held my hand" until the final day. Thank you Michael, Alec and Kenia!
We are most grateful for Michael Wildes successfully taking our difficult case across the finish line. The expertise and dedication of his associates are noticed and appreciated. They have positively changed the story for someone we truly care about. Thank you so much for caring and an outstanding result.
We worked with Victoria Phillips at Wildes & Weinberg to assist with an adjustment of status to a green card (marriage-based). Victoria clearly had a lot of experience with cases like ours and stayed in close communication with us, making sure that we understood the whole process. This removed a lot of the uncertainty and stress that we had. Our adjustment of status was approved this week!
My immigration journey started when I was 7 years old, when my father was assigned to the US subsidiary of his employer. Fast-forward 11 years, and at age of 18, my parents and I, we received our permanent residency. There, my status stood for 3 decades, because I really didn't see the need to do anything about it.
Then various incidents started being reported around immigration enforcement. I sensed times are changing, and with that, a need for me to obtain citizenship to protect my family.
I chose Wildes & Weinberg for a number of reasons. Because of the lengthy time between my obtaining a green card and, well, today, I had a few complications around records keeping of the various shenanigans I've gotten into. I also wanted a firm large enough to be able to provide 24/7 support should I need it, but not so large that I'd be lost in the numbers.
Armed with my criteria, I sent an email to about a dozen firms. Michael Wildes seemed the most earnest of the ones who replied, so they were the amongst the ones I've shortlisted, and ultimately retained. They're not inexpensive--but I'm fortunate enough to be able to afford them.
They were fantastic throughout the process. They were responsive to any questions I asked, knowledgeable and professional. We moved forward pretty quickly with the application.
I was approved for an interview, and one of their attorneys accompanied me to the interview. The policies at USCIS had changed, which I don't fault the firm for, and the US Government required more information. The team came through again, helping to perform vital quality control of the various pieces of information my family and I collected with critical attention to detail.
After all that, my application was approved, and I am no longer exempt from federal jury duty.
