One of your drivers decided to jump in front of a fire truck with the lights blaring to get into a McDonald’s in Killeen. Very dangerous and inconsiderate. I did not get the license plate.
I do apologize about your experience I will pull our GPS and recordings to see if we can confirm what driver it was but we will hold a meeting to go over the importance of driving safety with all technicians

We made about 7 calls and nobody else would come out for an emergency backup, these guys had somebody at my door within half an hour.
Tim is the man. He showed up, ready to go, found the issue within 5 minutes and started fixing it. Tim explained everything, gave me preventative tips, and answered all my questions. Highly recommend if you need something done right, especially in an emergency.

This is the 2nd time we have used Wayne Hyde Plumbing and this experience was just as pleasant as the first time. Tim called us to let us know he was on the way as promised. When he arrived he surveyed the job and explained what he proposed to do and told us the cost. He asked if we approved of his proposal which we did. He worked quickly and had the job done in no time at all. Tim was very polite and really seemed to care. He explained some simple maintenance procedures we could do in the future. Who knew having a plumber could be such a pleasant experience.

Great place had them come to my home and make repairs great company to their customer and employees. If your in the killeen temple belton area your search for a plumber near me is over they will take care of all your water heater repair or replacement needs clogged drains water leaks.
Our company runs underground fiber optic lines and utilitys from time to time a water or sewer utility line will get damaged.
Every time we call Wayne Hyde Plumbing and they get out asap.
In the past I would keep 3-4 local plumbers and have a hard time getting anyone out in a timely manner.
Love that they set up company accounts and provide us with the best service around.
I only wish I could have them in other area's of texas.

Plumber did the job, called me to take a payment by credit card while I was at late lunch with my family. I told him it was not the right time. We then went on to driving around doing errands the rest of the afternoon. A woman from the office kept calling me demanding payment in a harrassing way while I was behind the wheel, telling my "I am red flagged". I told them to send me a link to pay. They told me they don't "text" but eventually did send me a link. Paid the next morning. Called a few weeks later and was told the owner flagged me in their system "not to do business with".
Sorry to hear you had a bad experience with Wayne Hyde Plumbing if you would like to speak to the owner give him a call. He has reviewed all the recordings and determined it would be best to not offer you any future services and doesn't set up billing for a first time customer.
Nor does the owner require the office staff to be spoken down to

Was in need of backflow testing called several local companies stood up by several
Got several estimates that I felt were really high.
Called Wayne Hyde plumbing just to get one more estimate And found all other others were trying to rip me off, cause I knew nothing about plumbing.
Julie at the office was friendly and this was a drastic difference from majority of the other companies I called.
She took her time and was able to answer most of my questions.
She then had a technician named Kasey call me and was able to give a ball park price. I questioned his pricing as it was around half of what most other quotes were.
I booked expecting a huge price hike after he showed up but no in fact he asked if I was military and gave me an additional discount.
Would trust them and definitely only calling them in the future

A water heater with just 10 months of service stopped the flow of water through all hot water faucets, regardless of temperature, to all faucets and appliances. The hints in the Owners manual did not seem plausible since we had hot water available in the morning, departed, and on return found the no-flow condition. A phone call to Wayne Hyde Plumbing resulted in Austin and Phillip arriving that afternoon. After describing to them the situation and leading them to the water heater, Austin promptly diagnosed the difficulty as almost-dead AA batteries in the leak detector. I was unaware of the batteries, believing the unit to be powered by house current. A replacement of the batteries resolved the no-flow issue instantly and normal hot water was promptly back in service. I don't know from where Austin and Phillip originated their service call to us, nor exactly when. Regardless, upon requesting an invoice, Austin declined with a smile and refused to accept any payment for his service. To say I was astounded is a gross understatement. Besides being experienced and technically knowledgeable, they were very personable and polite. That firm is now in my #1 spot for plumbing work. I have no reservations in recommending them to any who need assistance with plumbing issues.

Update: The repair didn't fix the issue, so not only exorbitant, but also a complete waste. They failed to identify the issue.
Original: They charge 340 dollars to replace a toilet wax ring. Done in under 30 min, in killeen.
