We booked two days of diving with Whitsundays Dive Adventures through our hotel on Hayman Island and everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. After pick-up at Hayman Island there were only short transfers until we reached the dive sites. The team was professional, friendly, and very experienced. The equipment was in great condition and of high quality, everything was ready on the boat for us in the right sizes. We felt very well taken care of at all times! Highly recommended — we would definitely dive with them again and hope we can come back one day during the perfect season - thank you all!
Completed my Open Water Certificate with Whitsunday Dive Adventures and can absolutely recommend dive trips with the team! Groups are very small and atmosphere is very private and chill. The instructors are very patient, caring and have a good sense of humor + music onboard 12/10 :-)!

Went there for our first free dives after we completed our OW at another place. We fully recommend Tom, Georgia, Chris and the Team! We felt safe all the time and saw the GBR from a new and wonderfull perspective. The equipment was new to us but very easy to use and better than the equipment we were used to to this point. Chris runs an incredible operation and, along with Georgia and Harry, made the entire day seamless, safe and an absolute blast.
From the moment we stepped onboard, the vibe was relaxed, fun and professional.The diving was unreal, but what really stood out was the crew, knowledgeable, genuinely passionate, and so easy to be around.
We had so much fun and loved being surrounded by other like‑minded people who were just as excited to be there.
Can’t recommend these guys highly enough. One of those days you wish you could do all over again.
A proper dive centre in Airlie Beach
From first meeting the team to completing a dive refresher in the pool and 2 ocean dives they were superb. A proper dive centre for divers.
The do exactly what they say are approachable and very easy to deal with.
With new equipment and a very processional approach the dives were well organised and we saw loads of brilliant corals and fish.

Even while the weather and conditions weren’t the best, Chris the skipper was able to find some good protected spots to take us for some good visibility. The amazing crew Georgia, Tom, Anna and Harry with Chris were all fantastic and kept up a great vibe the whole time. They were the perfect combination of professional and entertaining, cracking jokes for the trip out and back. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great time in the Great Barrier reef!

Highly endorse. Our experience with Whitsunday Dive Adventures was pleasantly beyond expectations. My little sister & I booked dives together, March 2026. We dove with Georgia, who was confidence inspiring in her knowledge of her craft, well versed, & firm where it matters, yet radiant & all around ecstatic to share her passion for the day's outing on -& under- the water. My sister was diving for her first time ever & I dove after ~12 years of lapsed recency. Nonetheless, Georgia was easy to trust ourselves to the care of & her local experience led us to impressionably sweet sights accessible within our abilities. With Chris & Tom added to the whole, the team was cohesive, demonstrably sharp on their stuff, & all in good humor, complimenting the easygoing dive ecosystem we stepped into. I found the intimacy of this environment to be much more fulfilling than the commericalized feel of some agencies; welcoming & familiar, as if you're just one who's joining old friends for an outing- the good kind of friends who build you up & mentor you into sharing the good things in life. I have every intention to visit again- with any good fortune, soon.

I had an absolute blast with Whitsunday Dive Adventures on my 2-dive day trip!! I had Freddie as my instructor and he was excellent, very professional but down for a laugh! The rest of the crew, Georgia, Tom and Skipper Chris were great! We loved Georgia's clear communication and fun vibes, loved hearing about Tom's diving stories in his dive master training, and skipper Chris got us safely to and from Airlie Beach and was across the best dive sites. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would recommend it to anyone thinking about getting some dives in!
We had a great time on this trip due to all the amazing people we met and the other staff. However, unfortunately two of the staff Amber and Georgia were actually quite rude and demeaning and diminished our experience with their poor attitude. It’s upsetting as other staff were very empathetic and accommodating and we still had a lovely time.
