I’m writing this review to praise three young gentlemen Ryan, Marcus and Dylan who attended our residence in Brooklin and completely transformed my shared front lawn from a disaster to a professional looking front lawn. I had arranged for the owner to attend our residence in the spring to schedule an appointment to remove our lawn which was a total disaster caused by Odds & Sods a local landscaper a year or two prior and our lawn needed to be completely replaced and done over. I heard nothing but positive reviews and praise from Whitby Shores Landscaping LTD and the work that they do so I figured I would give them the opportunity to work on my front lawn to transform it from a complete disaster to a thing of beauty. I was glad that I did!! Don’t get me wrong their work is absolutely amazing but you will pay a bit more but you will be extremely satisfied with what a professional landscaping company looks like and it reflects in their work! Ryan, Marcus and Dylan were friendly, polite, professional and meticulous in their work doing an outstanding job displaying team work which transformed our front lawn and gardens in an up to date display which looks absolutely amazing. As detailed on my quote the front lawn was dug down 8 inches, fresh top soil, new grass, stone work in the front of both houses were done, large rock was moved, gardens topped up with fresh soil and once completed everything was cleaned up and on schedule and ahead of their time frame. I want to commend these three gentlemen on a job well done! I’m sure they are a credit to Whitby Shores Landscaping LTD and great ambassadors representing their company as professionals in their field! My wife my neighbour Leigh Anne and myself thank you guys for all your hard work and dedication. It was a pleasure having you three do our work and I would highly recommend this company for any landscaping work you may need done to your property! Ask yourself do you want a professional job done or go with a cheaper quote like I did which in the end you ended up with unsatisfactory to poor customer service and work or pay a little bit more to get a professional and high quality job done? Stacey and the crew showed up on time and were ready to work. Work hard is what they did for 2 solid days. Their workspace was tidy. The dust was kept to a minimum. They walked me through the process when odd little things came up and explained in detail how they were going to overcome it. The end result was more than I imagined. I am extremely happy with the result.

What a great experience dealing with Whitby Shores Landscaping. From first contact with Andrew who showed up right on time to assess the project and walk us through the process. Danielle, who coordinated the project and answered all questions and enquires fast and efficiently. And the onsite crew -James, Ryan and Adam. These guys are workhorses. They showed up on time every day. Worked 10-12hr days in sweltering heat. We’re friendly, attentive and take great pride in what they do. They made great suggestions on the fly to enhance the design of our front yard. They cleaned up the worksite daily, took safety precautions around machines and work material and finished the project right on time as scheduled. Great guys to deal with. Thanks to all involved.

The work was completed ahead of schedule, on budget and looks great. I added railing with underglow, 2 entry doors and a new driveway to complete the look. Whitby Shores Landscaping LTD is a very professional company. After Andrew’s inspection of the proposed work, his quotation was realistic and our proposed change was defined by a Change Order. Each person in the crew was patient to understand our needs; there was high attention to detail, they were very creative, focused on completing the project on time, and respectful to leave the site clean and surrounding areas cleared of all debris. Since the landscaping involved several curved areas of wall, we were impressed with the precision with which the bricks were cut to achieve the desired effect. These words describe our experience with Whitby Shores Landscaping who did the landscaping in front of our home. They did an excellent job and we will definitely contact them again for another job in the future.
