After using another groomer I wasn’t keen on, I came across Emma and I’m so pleased that I did. Her communication was brilliant from the moment I text her. She was very professional and my two kitties came out lovely and clean and very happy indeed. Emma clearly loves what she does and I could tell that the cats felt very calm in her presence. I would not hesitate to use her again, I highly recommend. Thank you Emma 💛

I found Emma via the vets as Cat groomers (good ones are hard to find) My usual groomer is now a 70 mile round trip so finding Emma was amazing luck. (she is 2 miles door to door) . My boor was relaxed and chilled on the drive home which is a massive bonus. Emma has done a fantastic job and is patient with the animals entrusted to her. She is a credit to take this on and has done a wonderful job wit Hugo. Already looking to book the next Groom

Emma popped over to give our medium haired boy a a de-shedding and trouser tidy-up 🐈‍⬛️ he was most intrigued by the bag of tricks Emma brought and really enjoyed the silicone brush used - at times as though he was having a massage at a spa. By the end of his appointment he was almost dozing off and did infact fall asleep in my daughter's arms snuggled like a baby soon after - he never does this unless feeling poorly. Next appointment already booked, cannot recommend enough 😃

Emma was absolutely fantastic in removing Bruno’s mats, and coming to the house kept him super calm and at one point he even seemed to be enjoying it! Emma was very professional and super knowledgeable and I highly recommend!

Brilliant, excellent with angel our cat ,would recommend Emma to anyone, fully trained in her job,very patient with our cat angel,as our cat is very old and nervous, very polite and good time keeping always in contact via phone or text from her, I would definitely recommend Emma and can do on Sunday visiting to which is great if people work during the week, I know angel liked her too as she wasn't as stressed as she is with the vet, and good price too

Emma is amazing. My usually nervous cat felt so calm and comfortable, which says a lot. The grooming was great — she came home soft, clean, and happy. You can tell Emma truly cares about the cats.

This was the first time my cats have had a groom and I am supper happy with the service I got. There is no pressure on the cats and everything is done to the cats needs and they arnt pressured. I received updates and pictures of how they where doing and tips for items that would be better for their fur type.

We have a Persian kitten who gets matted fur and has hygiene problems due to her long fur. We took her to Emma for the first time and were really happy with the results. Our kitten had had all her matts removed, had soft, glossy fur, had been trimmed in the necessary areas and smelt amazing. We would definitely recommend Emma and will bring our kitten back to her again in the future!

Amazing experience. Got my cat’s claws trimmed with no fuss, expertly done, and left us a little treat and expert advice. Friendly and patient and let my cat set the pace. All at an incredibly reasonable price! 100% recommend.

I was looking for a very professional cat groomer as it would be the first time for my very senior cat who isn't socialable at all. On his first ever initial groom, followed by questions about his overall condition including pictures of his fur, Emma managed his attitude "do not touch my matted fur" brilliantly, so I'm really thrilled how she made him calm and comfortable in new surroundings. Emma helped my cat tremendously. Freddie already behaving differently as he can feel "lighter" and we are going back to Emma for more pampering. I can highly recommend Emma, as her passion about cats is real.

Absolutely brilliant! Emma is so lovely, easy to communicate with, and did a wonderful job of sorting out our fluff ball who’d got in a bit of a mess! She was very understanding, did exactly what was discussed/needed, gave me advice and clearly knows what she is doing - my vet actually recommended whiskers retreat and I am so relieved they did! 🤩 so much removed in our cats first ever groom!

Emma was an absolute star! Our little girl managed to sneak into a partially boarded up fire place and came out covered in soot. Emma took us on as soon as we got an all clear from the vet and fitted in our little fur baby on a busy Saturday. She communicated well with us, kept us informed of progress and was amazing with our cat. She managed to keep her calm and reassured and introduced her to her first wet bath with us. Fabulous Job. Will definitely be using Emma’s services again, hopefully in less stressful circumstances and would definitely recommend Emma as a cat groomer

Emma has not long left my house after helping with a matt my Maine coon had on her belly, she’s quite a shy girl and can be a bit scared of new people, I had doubts she would let a groomer near her as she is only used to me brushing her, but Emma was amazing, she is so calm and patient and after a bit of time and coaxing she managed to get the matt out and give my girl a good comb after, she is lovely, no judgement and full of knowledge, would 100% come back, thank you again Emma 💟
