Our introductory email was already an interesting start as Mr. Weidenbaum proactively included two documents for us in his first email, one about importance of positive relationships (essentially the W&H's philosophy to building its practice, staff as well as all its relationships with the customers and the community) and the other around estimated closing costs that we may want to be aware of ahead of time. Right then, we fell in love with this team's approach and knew it was the right team to work with. Our case was fully handled by Mr. Jeffrey Baron and his paralegal, Louris who were both professional, communicative and detail-oriented. Every single email that we received from this team was never an one-word response. If you choose to work with this team, you should expect that they thoroughly document details that you need to know and any action you need to take and/or watch out for. And they are clear, concise and extremely responsive! Getting on a call with Mr. Baron was never uncomfortable. He is very personable and yet clear with his delivery. He and his team diligently connected with all parties every step of the way so that we didn't have the need to do anything. Even in difficult situations, he would quickly come up with our options and the appropriate trade-offs so that we knew what we were getting into (and then, a clear path forward based on his explanations was already obvious; and he did represent us to advocate our needs and rights to ensure they were met). We even asked Mr. Baron to act as a dual agent for our loan, which turned out to be a wise step as well, as he is extremely knowledgeable about every detail about our loan and terms!
