We were disappointed that they didn’t review the offering plan for our unit. Considering that was the only diligence material available on a new dev, it’s not like they were reviewing board meeting minutes or anything else about the purchase. In contrast, our neighbor showed us his attorney’s detailed memo explaining the key points of the building’s offering plan. Can’t believe these folks left me to read a 300+ page offering plan on my own to try to learn about what I was buying.
