Elly in particular was exceptional, from handling my initial birthday enquiry for my daughter to her actual party! Professional, helpful and accommodating to our needs and requirements and very enthusiastic. She really looked after us. And not to mention the rest of the team! Very friendly staff who make you feel welcomed and comfortable. The place itself was amazing, such a great venue for mini golf and the kids had an absolute ball. So did the adults. We thankyou you guys for a great 6th birthday. Much appreciated . We will definitely see you again :)

Hi team, We celebrated our daughter’s Birthday party at What the Putt, this year. She and her friends loved it. Lots of activities, very friendly and helpful staff, No stress at all.I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

This venue doesn't accept cash and charges an unavoidable card surcharge which is against ACCC rules. The mini golf while good was a bit repetitive and not as creative as it could have been. There is a pool table that accepts $2 coins, however if you wish to play and you don't have $2 coins on you, the staff can do cash-out in $2 increments with another card surcharge. Would I return? Not likely mainly because of the unavoidable card surcharge that I was illegally charged.

We want to clarify that What The Putt does accept cash — this was updated as a policy earlier last year. It's clear that our signage and team haven't caught up with that change, and that's entirely on us. We're sorry you weren't offered that option and that the surcharge felt unavoidable during your visit. We're addressing this internally as a priority.

Beautiful courses. Very friendly staff. The only thing that could've improved my rating was having some courses that were somewhat challenging. Well worth checking it out though.
