Fantastic whale experience. This is my first time going Whale watching. Our guide of the afternoon tour is Maria, she’s very knowledgable and energetic. She told us many interesting stories about whales along the way and always letting us know where to spot the whales. She went above and beyond to make sure we have a great experience, trying to ride the boat to different areas so we could get the most of this whale watching trip. We saw lots of Minke whales and Humpback whales and dolphins. They also drive the boat close by the little island where there are puffins, so that’s a bonus point. I also like to give my gratitude to the staff who stayed at the office that day, I didn’t get his name but he’s wearing glasses. I happened to forget my stuff inside the safety suit and I couldn’t find it anywhere in the office. He helped me look for them thoroughly through every single safety suits hanging in the office patiently. We found it eventually. I’m not sure if they will come to this review section but just want to let you know that I really really appreciate your help.

Thanks so much for your kind review! Glad to hear you had a good time on board with us, and you had good encounters! We tend to find our smaller RIB Boats better for those prone to sea-sickness, though motion sickness tablets are always available free of charge!

terrible experience This whale watching experience was terrible. At first, I sat in the first row. When everyone was seated, the guide suggested that I, due to my shorter stature, should move to the back row. At this point, only the man in the last row was willing to switch seats with me. So, I ended up in the last row. Given my short stature and being in the last row, and considering that the whales were almost exclusively seen on the other side, I was severely obstructed from seeing anything during the entire whale watching experience. I could only hear others cheering and saying they saw them, but I couldn't see anything myself. It was truly an unpleasant experience

For safety reasons, in rougher sea conditions our guides may ask some shorter guests to move seats — particularly from the front rows, as this area moves more and requires guests to remain seated with their feet firmly on the ground for stability.We always aim to give everyone the best possible view of the wildlife, and when conditions allow, we’ll angle the boat so both sides can enjoy the sightings. If at any point you’re struggling to see, we encourage guests to let our guides know — they’ll do their best to move people around and make sure everyone gets a chance to enjoy the moment.We appreciate your understanding and hope you might give us another chance in the future. Such a great experience. We saw Humpback whales, a Minkie whale and a Porpoise. Guides and all staff really welcoming and friendly. We had such a great morning and would highly recommend

Unforgettable experience, highly recommended Knut and pedro truly enjoy what they do and that shows.We were very fortunate during our tour with knut and pedro as we had very calm seas and a beautiful encounter with 2 humpback whales that found us as interesting as we found them. The small boat allowed us to get close. And knuts commentairy infused the group with valuable information as well as laughter.We’re very greatful to have been a part this and we can only highly recommend giving it a try.
