My family and I had a magical time on the water. The team was professional and personable. PLUS, the smaller boat meant we could get closer to nature, which was amazing.

Super close to the action and the staff are exceptional. We had a wonderful experience with Whale Safari. We chose the two-hour whale and puffin tour on the speedboat, and it was definitely worth it. We got very close to the area where the puffins were, providing us with great views and photo opportunities. The back seats of the boat were particularly comfortable due to their shock-absorbing design. We were fortunate to spot two whales during our tour. The staff truly made this trip special. The captain ensured everyone got a chance to see the whales by alternating the boat's position. Our guide provided informative commentary during the quieter moments. What stood out was the staff's respect for the whales' well-being. At the first sign of discomfort from the whales, we moved away to find another one. This focus on animal welfare was greatly appreciated. Overall, a fantastic tour with exceptional staff.

Truly excellent experience. Staff/customer service were great, our guide was very knowledgeable, and captain made sure people on both sides of the boat got a view of everything (and the fast open air boat ride was fun in and of itself). Highly recommend.

We took the premium whale experience on July 5th and it was fantastic. Mariana was a wonderful guide and Siggi was a great captain. The Zodiac ride was very fun, and the team had the expertise to find the best viewing spots for Minkes and Humpbacks (as well as the adorable puffins). The tour never felt rushed. It was wonderful and I can't recommend it enough.

We took the premium experience and it was AMAZING. I’ve been on few whale watching tours before but this one is definitely the best one I had. The crew is kind and informative and we saw so many whales and puffins! Highly recommend!

I reserved this experience in advance and had put it on our calendar so we planned to go the morning of to the Reykievik harbor and meet up for our tour. I was pleasantly surprised to get an email and text reminder that we are still "ON" for the tour. That should have been my first clue that we are in great hands, but it only got better. Emily was our tour guide and Captain Gunni drove the boat, but we were checked in by the office staff that was welcoming and helpful. Everything, from gloves and goggles to suits and safety vests was smooth and professional. We thoroughly enjoyed seeing the whales and slew of dolphins. Emily's narrative was great, as she provided information but was not one of those annoying tour guides you can't wait to get away from. Sunni did a fun "ride" on the boat as we came back into harbor. Frankly, we would have been extremely pleased with the experience along, as it was really great. But things got better a few hours later when we received an email thanking us for coming on the tour and sharing photos that Emily took while we were out on the water watching the whales and dolphins, as well as a quick "captains log" report on what we saw. Well worth the money paid, but really a delightful experience that I highly recommend.
