I hired WeTradeWorks (We Soul LTD) for a full bathroom refurbishment a few months ago, and Rafa and the team were outstanding from start to finish. From the very first on-site visit for checks and measurements, everything was handled with punctuality, clarity, and a wealth of thoughtful advice — including ideas I hadn’t even considered.
The design stage was genuinely enjoyable rather than stressful. Choosing materials, fine-tuning layouts, and even adjusting pipe placements felt seamless thanks to the team’s expertise, particularly from designers like Sara, whose creativity and knowledge really stood out. I was even travelling during part of the project, and they went above and beyond to accommodate my circumstances.
When it came to the actual construction, the workmanship was excellent. The staff were safe, professional, and considerate throughout. I never once had to worry about delays or complications — everything ran smoothly, and if any minor issues were spotted, they were quickly resolved and clearly communicated. The trust I developed in the team was so strong that I ended up asking them to take on a number of extra jobs alongside the bathroom refurb, from hallway painting to electrical tweaks and even new door handles.
In all honesty, I wouldn’t consider working with another firm. WeTradeWorks’ people, processes, and commitment to quality left nothing to be desired. They genuinely care about their work, and it shows in every detail.
