We had a sink drain that I couldn't clear with a small snake. West Side came in the same day, for a flat fee for a fixed time that seemed a bit high, but guaranteed clearing the drain for no additional charge even if it took longer. I think the quote was for an hour, but it took 3 hr and 3 different power snakes to do the job. It is months later now and we've never had a hint of problems again. I'd call them in a minute if I needed a drain cleared.

West Side Drain and Septic did a great job from start to finish. I called on a Sunday and was able to schedule an appointment. Doug came out on Monday to assess the situation, and Brad arrived first thing on Wednesday to pump out the septic tank. Communication was great, everything went as planned. A+

Not a lot worse than when your toilets won't flush! West Side came out the very next morning to help us with our septic problems. They got us back in service, and then came back a few days later when we had a similar, but unrelated issue. In both cases I was amazed at how professional and fast they were. They went beyond helpful to the point of saintly. The rates were reasonable. I recommend them highly!
