I had a geo pump box along with the entire propane furnace replaced. This was a very big and technical job. West Jeff techs and crew were GREAT and now that I am 3 months past install, both the heat and AC side are working well. I highly recommend West Jeff. I have used them for years on more straight forward jobs and now this big one. Well done.

On time, professional and fast! The plumbing department is great. Anthony is our favorite. Just had Josh here today to deal with a furnace repair on a freezing day and he did a great job! We have never been disappointed with West Jeff and appreciate that they are local!

They sent a photo of their plumber ahead of time so I knew who to expect. They sent a team of two and a third person ran parts out when there was additional work to do. They were gone before lunch and tested everything, explained how the new units worked. Highly recommend this company. ALSO had HVAC work done, fast, friendly, and knowledgeable! Recommend highly.

This is my third time using the services of West Jefferson Plumbing and Heating (each are noted for perspective).
1. Fall 2024, former home - replaced furnace circuit board.
2. Spring 2025, former home - resolved electrical wiring issue.
3. Fall 2025, present home - corrected furnace malfunction.
All three service calls were promptly scheduled, attended to expeditiously, with excellent professional and technical service.
I highly recommend West Jefferson Plumbing and Heating to anyone seeking plumbing, heating, and electrical work. I also understand the company services AC units, which is on my agenda to schedule with them in the spring of 2026.
