Jose is one of the most professional contractor's that I have had the opportunity to work with.
It was very refreshing to have someone come to your home and really know what their doing. They installed a new breeze air cooler. They had the old one removed and the new one installed all within a few hours. I would highly recommend them for any of your HVAC needs, they do beautiful work and are highly proficient.

Heatrix installed the infloor heating in our bathroom, continuous hot water and a new furnace/hot water system. Their work was precise and the piping actually looks like a work of art! Austin and his team were here on time and cleaned up at the end of each day. Their work not only met our expectations but exceeded them. They will be doing all the heating and plumbing work for us in the future.

Jose was awesome. He was straight forward, informative and helpful without pressure. He pricing was very good as was his communication. The final product was delivered with care, patience and looks decorative! I normally do most of my own work but was blessed with these two gentlemen. They were also very clean, on time and pulled permits. If those types of things concern you, pick Jose and Heatrix.

We recently had Heatrix replace our furnace and add AC to our home, and I can honestly say the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Jose and his crew were professional, punctual, and incredibly detail-oriented. The install looks so clean and dialed in it almost feels wrong hiding it in the utility room.
I’ll admit, when I first saw that many five-star reviews, I was a little skeptical. You know, the “this has to be too good to be true” feeling. But after working with Jose and seeing the quality of the workmanship firsthand, it all makes perfect sense. The reviews are legit.
The team communicated clearly, respected our home, and made what could have been a stressful project feel easy. Bonus: we now have AC and are officially ready for summer instead of just surviving it.

We found a plumbing leak when replacing an old floor and called Jose. He and Izzy came in about 90 minutes diagnosed it and had it fixed in about 90 minutes. They were simply excellent. We have found our new HVAC/Plumbers moving forward. Thanks again guys!
Just had a motherboard go out on my furnace overnight. Austin came that same afternoon, diagnosed the issue, found an OEM replacement, and stayed a little late to make sure it was installed and working the same day. Incredible service, as usual. Thanks!

Jose and his crew were very proficient, Precise and professional! I highly recommend them to everybody! He installed a HVAC mini split system and I am thrilled with the outcome of the unit he chose and how great everything works to accomplish what I wanted to!

I have had two wonderful experiences with Jose!
At the end of November 2025 my old furnace needed a part that I couldn’t get in town. It was the very first coldest night we had for the season. I called 3 places right around closing. Jose answered!! Jose checked the next morning on the part match, part availability, and had it ready for pick up by the next evening! I never got a call back from the larger companies in town… not one call back since!!!
I have been sick off and on and could not remember for the life of me to leave this well deserved review!!
Fast-forward to yesterday and today, 1/28/2026. My same old furnace needed yet another part that I couldn’t get in town. It was an even colder night last night than last November. Jose checked on the part match, found it was out of manufacturing, and found a part that could work in it s place! Something I couldn't do. Then had it ready for pick this evening!
Jose is a life-saver and is polite and respectful to be so quick to answer your call or call back, and respond to post-call texts. It’s wonderful Jose is there to help in their already busy with an emergent situation, if he can!! Jose even took time to explain some things to my family member who will be installing the part!
I would highly recommend!

José and his team are absolutely amazing - bailed us out several times over the course of an extensive remodel (and/or failed DIY attempts at repairs). Plumbing, running vents/ducts, appliances, they seemed to do it all. Prices are reasonable, and he’s a truly reliable professional and takes great pride in the work. He even entertained phone a friend calls when I was stymied and lent a virtual hand - not a common practice for sure. Highly recommend!!!
