James fitted a complete gas central system, after removing old storage heaters. He completed the work efficiently and worked extremely hard to complete the project on time. His expert advice and knowledge of heating systems help guide us in giving us a lovely warm home, which is now much more energy efficient.

Substandard Workmanship Shower wallboards incorrectly cut, shower cubicle leaking STILL, excessive use of sealant in places, sparse use of sealant in others, James contacted me to say the bathroom was finished and hoped we were happy with it !! black stuff leaking from behind the shower tray, returned twice for rectification work, flexing shower tray, a showerboard within the cubicle doesn't locate into the corner trim allowing possible water ingress, it needs replacing which isn't a straightforward operation although James advised us it was just a minor issue !! quite frankly his expertise was found lacking, would we use him again ABSOLUTELY NOT, would we recommend him ABSOLUTELY NOT,
