I knew, from attempting to get a hearing test elsewhere, that I had ear wax that needed syringing. I was able to get an appointment very quickly. Des started from the beginning without making any assumptions, and discussed exactly what hearing issues I had. On examination, wax was indeed blocking my eardrum, and was swiftly removed, a procedure that tickled slightly but was not uncomfortable. Afterwards, Des explained various options for improving the efficiency of my current hearing aids. There was no pressure to use Welling Ear Clinic services, but I now feel well-informed and able to make a decision. I appreciated the unhurried and relaxed consultation.

Best money I spent ! 3 lots of antibiotics and 1 lot of antibiotic ear drops, still in pain. I went here and followed his instructions had my ears cleaned and they just feel like new!! Followed up check up shows my ears are back to normal. Thank you so much!

Fantastic service. Easy to book online. Friendly staff and so much more thorough than a Dr. If you need any advice for your child, this is your first port of call! 100% recommend. My daughter had a large amount of ear wax in which the Dr told me her ears were fine. I witnessed the wax being removed. Her hearing and pressure were checked which picked up another issue. None of this was noticed by a Dr! 5 star service!
