Excellent service. Slightly apprehensive as I'd never had to have wax removed before, seemed I didn't this time either as Mr Dhesi discovered there wasn't any wax in fact a little bit of skin had grown which he removed instantly . My Husband had his ear wax 100% removed from both ears by microsuction . Mr Dhesi made us feel very comfortable and is extremely professional and knowledgeable.
We are returning next week for a hearing test.

I saw Des. I was very apprehensive as I had heard that Micro suction can cause tinnitus'... I went to see Des so I could get irrigation as High Street one don't do it, but unfortunately my ears were too blocked and he had to do micro suction in the end. I had lived with completely blocked ears for a week as a high street store that my GP referred me to did not have an appointment for a week and a half even just for micro suction. Luckily this clinic is closer to me, and it's so much less hassle, you can park outside for free, in and out in 15 mins, whereas the high street one is noisy & crowded and you have to wait to be seen in the waiting area - and they only do micro suction, so even though my appointment would have been free on the NHS with the high street one had I waited, I was happy to pay private to get this over with. Better experience a mile off! Thanks Des you were great and guess what... NO tinnitus!

Having recently unfortunately suffered sudden hearing loss , I couldn’t recommend Des and his team enough, there help and care has been excellent they really make you feel like you’re being looked after and no stone is left unturned in helping you manage whatever issue you may have.

What a find after a week of trouble that ear drops didn't help i woke on Sat 30th May unable to hear, i was staying with my girlfriend we were unable to find anywhere to help us locally in Essex, we found the clinic online used the very easy booking system & drove straight there & what a relief excellent service & treatment from the staff & Doctor im hearing everything double loud now & its brill thank you Hi
