Heidi and team and Welch Plastics is amazing, I had them make custom windows and guarding for a vitamin manufacturing facility. Never no issues and they are always will to go the extra mile to satisfy their customers. This latest Acrylic Round project was a drain that we needed to cover the drain and seal it with running dehumidifiers while the water goes into the drain. Placed the order on Thursday, paid a small fee and they had it ready for pick up by Friday.

I have never written a Google review before. I am writing this one because not doing so would feel wrong. I am a 30-something, full-time working professional in Las Vegas with a disability that severely limits the use of my arms. I rely on a mouth stick to type, text, work, and communicate. This is not a convenience. It is how I function day to day. A few months ago, every company that sold these devices disappeared overnight. Even sites that label themselves as medical equipment providers pulled them. I searched everywhere. I called people. I tried to improvise with objects that were never meant to be used this way. I was running out of options and, honestly, starting to panic. Out of sheer desperation, I reached out to Welch Plastics, not knowing if they could help, but hoping someone might at least listen. That is when I connected with Michael Desort. Michael did not dismiss me. He did not treat this like a quick favor. He took the time to understand exactly what I needed. He worked through multiple versions, different materials, and different designs. He was genuinely concerned about safety since this device would be used in my mouth. He kept refining it until it was right. I cannot begin to estimate how much time he and his team put into this. What matters most to me is that he repeatedly refused to take any money. This was not about business. It was about helping someone who needed help. What Welch Plastics did for me gave me back a level of independence that I was genuinely afraid I was going to lose. That is not something I will ever forget. This is an honest, trustworthy company run by people with real integrity. If you are considering working with Welch Plastic, you should know exactly who you are dealing with. I am deeply grateful.

I emailed Welch with a rather abstract idea for a large order of centerpieces. I wasnt hopeful that my idea would come to life until I met Michael. He understood the assignment and knocked it clean out of the park. And he didnt even make any Air Force jokes along the way being an Army Vet - thanks Mike! Mike, Heidi and the Welch team are excellent communicators and handled edits, requests and a late increase in centerpieces that I needed effortlessly. The centerpieces were the stand out hit off the ball, I cant thank Welch enough. Run, dont walk to Welch for your plastic creations!

I had several custom made items produced for my home project. Michael was very helpful in taking my ideas from the rough paper drawings that I had submitted and then made my items out of plastic and brought them to life. I ended up making a couple of changes during the process while my items were in the production phase but they were able to work with me in making the changes that I wanted and still got the project finished in a reasonable amount of time. I’m very happy with how my projects turned out. I’m very happy that a business exists like this so that people can create things from scratch instead of having to try to either make them yourself or search all over the place for an item meets your project needs. Much easier to have them make it from scratch for you. Great work!!

Museum LasVegas 2025.10.10

     

I've been using Welch Plastics for several years now on several projects. Most recently, they were able to recreate a specialty pin & cap combo that we had been importing from Europe. They were able to produce these for all our Museums across America for much less money and avoid customs fees to boot. I highly recommend them for any basic or custom plastics needs. Thank you!

Welch Plastics just completed delivery and installation of signs for my company. We needed three pieces of fairly large acrylic for signage in a very short timeline. Heidi and Michael of Welch Plastics worked diligently with us, in conjunction with Ericka of FastSigns for lettering. Michael came out, measured and gave suggestions as to size, thickness of the acrylic and the standoffs. They were able to get the entire project completed and installed within less than two weeks of my initial contact! They were courteous, professional and didn't get frustrated with my many questions. I highly recommend this company for your acrylic and signage needs.

I initially gave them a 5-star review, but I have to retract it. They do good work (hence 2 stars), BUT if you order anything from them, be sure to remove the thin plastic wrap that they cover the item with because it can damage the product if it's not immediately removed. If that happens, they will not even give you a small discount to remake the product when *they* put the plastic wrap on it in the first place. (In my case, what I found especially disappointing is that they kept insinuating that *I* did something to damage the item when I did NOT.) *When I find another plastics company, I will update this review to give readers a better recommendation. Thanks.

Contacted Welch Plastics to have two dust covers fabricated for vintage turntables that I restored. Amber was so helpful and accommodating. She introduced me to Michael who consulted with me. He guided me through the design and material choice; patiently answering my layman questions. Upon receipt of the items I was absolutely delighted with their fit and finish. Every edge is polished, and every "weld" is perfect. These acrylic pieces look beautiful. Outstanding craftmanship, and even better customer service.
