Weisberg Legal Ltd acted on my behalf to process a complex remortgage. Throughout the process their attention to detail, calm efficiency & friendly communication was exemplary.
We selected Weisberg legal to handle our recent sale and purchase based on the glowing Google reviews. Our experience however did not match up at all.
We found the process to be painful from start to finish with us having very little knowledge of what was happening until we pressed for an update, often several times. Emails went unanswered, calls were not returned and when we did get hold of someone it often felt like we were bothering them.
Quite a long way in to the process we heard about a couple of (potentially big) issues that we felt should have been flagged much earlier. Despite being pressured by our buyers and agents for conclusions these matters were dealt with with little urgency.
Whilst the sale and purchase were completed, we certainly won't be using Weisberg again.
Jo was highly professional, extremely approachable, very diligent and incredibly helpful through the whole process of selling my Mother's house. She went above and beyond to get the sale through on the day. I cannot recommend her services enough and I shall certainly use her again in the future. Thank you Jo!

Receptionist customer service is very disappointing. Tried to explain the situation and see if anyone can help but all I get is “No we don’t do it” well good luck with the big case!

I have listened back to the call and cannot see that anyone was impolite or abrupt? You asked if we could assit with a particular type of matter and our receptionist explained that it was not something we would be able to assist with. You called back a moment later to clarify, but it still is not something we can assist with.

Weisberg was efficient and detailed, straightforward - and also human when needed! Katie and Laura responded to my enquiries quickly and in full, and they were great about chasing down any missing info or ambiguities, and letting me know if there was anything I should be aware of. They gave me a smooth process, with plenty of information and clarity: much appreciated!

The conveyancing solicitors who dealt with our house sale were efficient, communicative and very courteous. Also very patient as house sales can be stressful. We thoroughly recommend the Weisberg team and would use them again.

I have used Weisberg Legal for my conveyancing (and on other occasions) and found them to be excellent. The process was carried out without delay and very thoroughly. Laura highlighted a couple of unusual potential issues associated with the property arising from searches but negated them on my behalf. I feel confident that a professional job was done before we completed.
Katie is a joy to work with, always quick to respond (which matters to impatient clients), and very efficient. Always happy to clarify any issues and explain the ongoing procedures.
I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for solicitors in the area and I will continue to use them in all my future legal matters.

Not the cheapest but they pick up the phone, are there when you need them, went the extra mile when I needed issues solving, were friendly and explained the process when I needed reassurance. If you prefer to be ignored and strung along, this is not the solicitors for you!
