Coco, the physiotherapist, attentively listened to my multiple skeletal aches and pains and provided immediate pain relief by massaging, cupping and dry needling as needed. She also gave me some exercises to do every day until my next session. She's very professional and friendly to make patient feel at ease. Thanks for the hot tea & mini 🐣 egg. Accepts private health insurance with instant rebates. Free street parking available is a bonus. Visible location (easy to find). I recommend this practice.

I’ve been seeing Hassan at Switch for a few weeks now for a lower back injury and old sprained ankle. I’ve seen great progress and I highly recommend Hassan. He listens to you and works with you to help you get back to normal. He knows what parts to target and explains what and why he’s doing things. You can tell he genuinely enjoys his job. Then you have Laura the receptionist who is the sweetest person who always greets you with a smile when you come in.
Switch Physio is great! Friendly reception staff, a relaxing environment, and very professional service.
I had knee pain and Hassan set up a rehab program for me. My left knee feels much better now compared to the first visit, and I’m back to doing the sports I love.

I’ve had such a positive experience with my Physiotherapist Hassan at Switch Penshurst. He is incredibly easygoing and makes you feel comfortable from the very first appointment. Over time, I’ve genuinely started looking forward to my sessions, which says a lot!
Every time I leave the studio, I feel noticeably better than when I walked in. Hassan really knows what he’s doing — his knowledge, skill, and attention to detail are clear in the way he assesses and treats the problem. He takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and tailors each session to exactly what I need.
I’ve seen real progress and improvement, and I feel confident that I’m in very capable hands. I would highly recommend (Switch Penshurst- Hassan) to anyone looking for professional, effective, and friendly physiotherapy treatment.
I've had a few appointments now with Hassan to deal with knee pain. He put together a plan for me to reduce the pain and strengthen. He's really good at explaining what he's doing and why. Laura in reception is always helpful and friendly too.
I’ve been seeing Louis over the last couple of months due to some persistent wrist pain. I was honestly doubtful it would improve much, but Louis has been absolutely fantastic. Through his diligent and thoughtful approach, my wrist has improved a lot. I no longer have day to day pain and feel confident using it again without worrying about reinjury. Highly highly recommend!!!
Coco White brings electrifying energy to this class. At the same time, it is fun filled. Thank you, Coco, for getting someone like me moving reasonably well, despite all the issues I have. Well, done! Keep it up!

Mark, at Maroubra Switch, has done magic getting me back to original after being hit by a car on a pedestrian crossing. After seeing doctors, podiatrists and other specialists for various parts of the problems resulting from the accident, physio appears to be the final piece in the puzzle which Switch has solved. Great job. (2024)
Update Jan 2026 (After work acca)- the gang at Switch, Maroubra are always great. This is where you need to go to get yourself fixed.
