I knew of W.C. Wright & Sons but until now I had never took advantage of their services. However, my heating and cooling unit was past due for service so when they returned my call to set up an appointment, I decided to give them a shot. I was impressed right at the start of the phone call with how friendly the lady was that contacted me and set the appointment. Extremely polite as well as professional and she was able to set the appointment for the earliest date and time I was available. Speaking with a real person rather than a computer was definitely a pleasure. On the date of the appointment the technician called me and advised he was about 10 mins out and as promised, he was right on time. James introduced himself and inquired whether or not I actually had any equipment issues or just required a maintenance. I did mention a cple issues that I believed were occurring and while completing the maintenance he did in fact, find a minor issue. This was repaired while he was on site and we have noticed a pretty significant improvement since it was completed. Being retired from a service industry, I notice alot when speaking with technicians that come to my residence and James was one of the most professional techs I have ever had come out. He was clean, had his tools with him, ensured his shoes were free of mud by putting shoe covers on and seemed very knowledgeable about his profession. Even his work van appeared spotless and well maintained. I honestly cant recommend the great folks at W. C. Wright enough. I will be having them back soon to for some other potential issues. If you are having any Heating and cooling issues, give them a call...you won't be disappointed in the quality of service you receive. Many thanks to James and the team at W. C. Wright & Sons for taking care of us!

Once again W.C. Wright proves why they have so many long term customers. Today, while working out in my yard I heard a noise coming from my heat pump that I had never heard before. I called them and within an hr, James, the same technician that took care of some issues we had several months ago was at my house. I explained what my unit had done, and although he knew immediately was the issue was, he re created what i heard from my unit. He showed me that what I had heard was actually a normal function of a heat pump. He also verified my coolant level and made sure everything was good. The integrity and honesty provided by James and W. C. Wright is above and beyond and I would still recommend this company to anyone in need of HVAC repair or install. Thanks again to Mr Gary Daly, James and W. C. Wright for the outstanding service!!!

Nick serviced the two AC units today. He is an excellent technician, skilled and very professional.
6/24 I was glad to see Nick on the call. As always he was efficient, accurate and very professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly, communicated it to me, and the unit was back on line asap.
Scott Sutter was excellent. He is very competent in HVAC repairs and maintenance. He is efficient, knowledgeable, and professional in his work.
I called WC Wright on Monday morning to ask for an evaluation of an AC system. James arrived Tuesday morning and as I expected the thirty year old system had to be replaced. Gary came about an hour later and worked up a proposal. I accepted on Wednesday morning and the new system is to be installed Friday morning. As always very efficient and reliable.
