WCI recently had a Graf 7pe water treatment plant installed at our domestic property in South Devon by WCI.
From the initial contact with Naomi in the office to the completion of works on site, my overall impression with WCI was very good.
Mark, the Engineer who came out for the initial site visits was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
Mark also took the time to arrange a second site visit to ensure the specifications were still correct as I left a long time between the first site visit and the confirmation of the order.
The contractors that they used for the work - Ben from BS groundworks - were hard-working, knowledgable and friendly.
There were a few minor issues with procurement delay, and communications within WCI, but nothing that affected the successful completion of the work.
There were also circumstances beyond anyones control - limitations with delivery as access to the site is very tight, and difficult ground conditions. This meant at times it was very frustrating, particularly for Ben. He remained solution focused throughout and completed the work on time with excellent care and attention to detail and the finish on site.
I have no hesitation in recommending WCI and BS, in fact I’ve already recommended them to two of my friends who also need new water treatment plants installed in 2026

Engineer called Nowell came to our work facility. The pump was not operating correctly and failing to take sludge to the tanks which had backed up. He was very professional and took the time to walk me through the entire system explaining everything.

We commissioned WCI to decommission a failed septic tank and drainage field and install a packaged treatment plant. From the initial contact with Naomi who provided clear guidance as to the options, through to Phil who surveyed the site and oversaw the project to B&S Groundworks who carried out the installation, the installation ran without a hitch.
Over 30 tonnes of spoil were created but B&S kept disruption in the garden to a minimum and even jet washed the drive before leaving.

We were out of our depth when we discovered that our wastewater/sewage system needed upgrading after operating successfully for decades.
We contacted several contractors for help and guidance and received a number of different proposals and prices. WCI stood out .From the very first telephone call seeking assistance we felt we were in safe hands.
They were professional, provided thoughtful and considered proposals and demonstrated clear expertise.
The solution proposed required putting a new tank and pump in the front garden, laying pipes underground to carry effluent uphill for over 100 metres to a new water treatment plant and drainage field dug at the rear of the property.
Charlie Geach and his team did a fantastic job on site. They did their best to minimise inconvenience and disruption and, at all times, were available to deal with our queries and concerns.
They understood our desire to limit damage caused to our garden- (cultivated over 40 years)-and the surrounding areas as much as possible, and, notwithstanding bad weather, succeeded beyond our expectations in keeping the work to a necessary minimum. Where work was necessary , they made sure that it was done as carefully as possible, so that now, several months later, you can hardly tell that they had ever been here.
The work was undertaken within the time scale proposed, and within budget.
We would certainly recommend them to carry out similar work.
