I had to plead guilty for something I didn't do because he made me feel like I wasn't going to get a good defense and my ex had been guilty of all kinds of stuff and actually was locked up at the time and my life is messed up after this happened and my Ex was on drugs really bad they knew it but he was to Busy he was a appointed from the court I don't feel like he was good for me at all She is still on drugs I have custody of my daughter but have a stupid charge I plead no Contest to and regret not trying to get a different lawyer I was scared to use him after he told me you can go to trial but you might get 3 years in prison and I swear I didn't do anything my ex did this to try to get custody of my daughter I didn't say anything to the Police about much because there was nothing going on and my daughter was there and was witness that nothing happened she really won because she wanted to take away one of the only things I loved sad but Everything is completely true

4 years ago, I was appointed to represent you on a multi-count indictment. I got the serious felony charge dismissed. You AGREED to accept the deal you were offered. I’m sorry that, 4 years later, you regret YOUR DECISION. I did not recommend you take the plea. You decided to do that solely by yourself. You were asked multiple times by the Court if you wanted to take this plea and if you thought I had done a good job for you. While you were under oath, you told the Court that it was your decision to take the plea deal and that I had done a good job representing you. I hope you get things worked out for yourself, but please do not blame me for a decision you made 4 years ago.
