As a customer who recently used Wayfinder to ship a vehicle from Florida to New Jersey, this organization was first class all around. The primary proprietor of this organization whose name is Art answered his phone the first time I called at 7:30 AM EST in spite of being on the West Coast. He immediately provided me with a no nonsense/no haggling firm and fixed quote which was honored. The booking process was pain-free, simple and direct. On the day of pickup I was informed clearly of who the individuals were that would be handling the vehicle - complete with pictures is their Driver’s Licenses as well as their CDL authorization along with a picture of the transport vehicle and the pre-Bill of Lading which shows full transparency on the part of Wayfinder. Art called the night before delivery to see how I was doing and to advise me of what to expect on the date is delivery. Needless to say delivery was flawless! The transporter arrived at a respectable time during the day. The vehicle was unloaded and I was allowed to inspect it and only after that was payment of the remaining balance of the agreed upon cost to finalize the deal made. Kudos to Art and his organization Wayfinder! If I had to ship a thousand vehicles I would use Wayfinder each and every time. This from a well satisfied paying customer who have nothing to gain by this review other than to let others know of a legitimate and fair vehicle transport organization given the horrible stories that are out there about so many bad organizations in the business.

Karl helped me with the shipping of my car across the country during the Summer of 2023. It was my first time shipping a car so I was nervous, but Karl walked me through all the steps and answered all my questions. He was easy to reach and prompt with his replies. Despite our tight pick up time, Karl made it happen and it was a successful shipment. We’re planning to use his services again this year!

Went with them after researching and wading through the mess that is this auto transport industry. They gave an extremely competitive quote, and made certain to honor it even when gas prices just so happened to soar right after I booked. I got my dream car delivered easily without issue, and I'm pretty sure they didn't make a dime on the deal. I will absolutely be using Wayfinder again in the future and recommending to anyone who needs a car shipped. Huge thanks to Karl.

We shipped two cars out of state and booked about 2–3 weeks in advance. The pickup and delivery dates were only confirmed 2–3 days before, which made me a bit nervous at first. However, the overall reviews were great, and especially the owner seemed very reliable. The owner was excellent throughout the process he kept my husband informed and reassured him, which made it much easier to trust the situation. On the day of pickup, about two hours before the scheduled time, we were told the original truck driver couldn’t make it. But the owner immediately found another driver, and everything still went smoothly. The driver who delivered our cars was also very friendly and arrived exactly on time as promised. Overall, the experience was smooth and I’m very satisfied. Thank you!! Highly recommend 👍🏻

Positives: ✨no charge until pick-up ✨quick quote ✨quick bookings Negatives: ❌ horrible communication between this 3rd party and the driver. The driver was wonderful once Wayfinder released their grip on his phone number. ❌They did not communicate the extensiveness of the driver's truck repairs needed. I was flexible, but they put undue pressure on the driver and made me seem more "pushy". ❌ Once I could call the driver directly and not the call center, I took it over from there. So I paid them $345 to do a deeper google search than me and make the initial phone calls -- I did everything else. ❌They left me on READ the original day it was supposed to be picked up! When they knew his truck was still in the shop and had not passed that onto me. ❌They were sure quick when they needed the money, but not surprising for a third party contractor seeker. If you need to book something ASAP and your car will get delivered, these guys will get it done in terms of booking -- just not in communication or follow-up. Texts I got were unprofessional as well.

There are many things that can go wrong when transporting your car across the county. Fearing the worst, I searched the web for positive references, which lead me to Wayfinder. Karl provided instant responses to my request for a quote. Car was quoted on Monday, booked on Tuesday, picked up in CA the following Monday, and delivered to GA on Friday. Perfect transaction. I highly recommend Wayfinder for auto transportation!

Had my car picked up after I already moved and everything went great. Kept in communication with Wayfinder and their selected driver transporting from LA to Seattle. Don't go for the gimmicky low prices other brokers offer, go for a service you can trust will take care of things.

This was my first experience with a transport company. I did a lot of research and had many quotes because it's a tough space. Decided on Wayfinder immediately just off of the conversation. The guys were honest, upfront, worked with me and delivered on everything that was promised. Price was extremely fair and had my truck safely picked up and delivered from Northern Idaho to San Diego within 4 days. The communication during the delivery was also really nice. Knowing where it was and when it would be arriving. Another bonus was the driver that they sent. He could not have been any nicer and went over the whole vehicle with me making sure that my truck (which I'm picky about because it only has 900 miles on it) was in the same shape as it was when it was picked up from my parent's house. Highly recommend.

Amazing experience with Wayfinder was on a time crunch during the holidays and he did what he had to do to get my car across country. Would 100% recommend Wayfinder he kept his promise on the price even when the trucker charged more on his end way finder lowers their service fee to fit the agreed upon price.
