Once I got over the cost it has been a very rewarding experience. Things that I did not know were explained and in many cases done for me. It has been an enlightening experience. I am not a programmer just someone who likes using a computer and learned through doing rather than being taught. I have children and grandchildren who are very proficient and work in the computer field , however they confuse me with tasks above my level. At the same time they have little desire to learn how to recover my system. It is a pleasure to work with someone dedicated to the task at hand. Thank you!!!
