This is a wonderful Caravan Storage facility. Picked up our caravan on Sunday (open at 11am during the season) we had such a surprise as its all changed! There's a fantastic caravan accessories shop with all the things you need to complete your trip. But it was coffee shop selling really good coffee ☕️ and selection of home made cakes which we enjoyed before we set off. Angela and team have done a fantastic job.
We had our caravan washed by Andrew's team and it was like driving away with a new van. Fantastic job woth every penny! Thank you 😊
Such a lovely spot.😊 Popped in and was greeted by really friendly, welcoming staff who made the whole experience even better. Decided to grab a coffee and a slice of cake, and wow! One of the best Victoria sponges I’ve ever had! Even better, it all came to just under four pounds too, which is amazing value for sure! Will definitely be back, so nice to have somewhere local where you can pop in for an affordable coffee and cake without compromising on quality! 🍰☕️

Faulty Awning
Had a leaking in my new air awning. Called Watson caravans whilst I was at a campsite. They were able to get the company to send spare part direct to site without any fuss. Great service, thanks again from one very happy customer

We luckily came across this family run business when we developed a water leak in our motorhome and needed urgent assistance to rectify the problem. We tried three other garages who could not see us for the foreseeable future. Watson Caravans saw us within the hour and identified and rectified the problem within 15 minutes. We haven't found better motorhome service anywhere. Andrew and all his colleagues were all extremely friendly, helpful, highly knowledgeable and efficient. Best value for money.

FIRST CLASS SERVICE
Phoned for a price on fitting a towbar, within a few minutes we received a competitive price. We booked in 2 days later now fitted and the towbar looks first class not a big clunky looking thing. The service was friendly from the first call to the handover at the end. Would most definitely recommend.

Had the pleasure of buying an awning from Andrew, a very nice guy, at the caravan show on 7th February. Andrew said to trust them as they are a Scottish company not too far away if we had any problems and would get a more personal service than dealing with a national company. We paid in full and were told would get a call the next week to arrange delivery. 2 weeks later we received a call but we were unable to take the call as away for weekend and only got the voicemail later that evening. They tried to deliver the awning the next day, Sat 22nd Feb, but we were away. Called Watsons on Monday 24th and they said they would rearrange delivery and would get back to us. No calls were forthcoming so we called again on Friday, 15th March and we're told it would be arranged and sorted. We are now at Thursday, 20th March, and still no awning, no updates, and no idea of when to expect it. We are going away next weekend and would have liked a trial run to get it set up before we went away. So in all honesty just buy from a national company as local service is lacking from this company.
Danny we are truly very sorry there seems to have been an over sight on our side, this is not the service we want to offer our customers and can only apologise whole heartedly. I trust that we've corrected everything now and we hope you enjoy your new awning.
