I got four different estimates and Watkins was the only one that had a "buy it back if your not happy" guarantee! They also had the best price on a 80,000 BTU gas furnace . Only con was furnace had overheating open limit switch error on day 1. 😡 Fortunately, Nick came out 2 days later and fixed it. The Salesman Andy, is also a good guy.
Watkins came out a year later for included maintenance. Jason was the guy sent out and he was very likeable. He tolerated the dogs well. Despite all the barking. Cleared all the drains and found a loose blower motor and tightened it up.

Chris quickly diagnosed the problem and cleared the spider's handiwork on the flame sensor. Very efficient and would definitely recommend Watkins.

Daniel was knowledgeable about boiler issue. While unable to fix due to not having the part to fix was very professional. Only giving three stars due to the response time of the emergency call. Issue with that was apologized for.
